Auch wenn aktuell keiner wirklich weiß, wie die Arbeitswelt im Detail nach Corona aussehen wird, so sind zumindest erste Trends bereits erkennbar. Homeoffice wird bei einigen sehr wahrscheinlich auch weiterhin eine Option im Vergleich zur Vollzeit-Anwesenheit im Büro bleiben. Dieser Trend spiegelt sich auch deutlich in der Roadmap für Microsoft Teams wieder. Für Mai 2021 und den Zeitraum bis Juli 2021 sind rund 65 Features am Plan die direkt oder indirekt mit "hybrid meetings" in Verbindung stehen.
Hybride Meetings? Ja, nach der Serverlandschaft und unseren Fahrzeugen scheinen auch Besprechungen in Zukunft hybrid zu werden. Einfach erklärt ist das nichts anderes, als das ein Teil der Teilnehmer physisch in einem Raum im Büro aufhalten während andere virtuell sich einwählen. Mit diesem Setup kommen einige technische Herausforderungen auf uns zu, aber natürlich auch organisatorisch und speziell auf unser Kommunikationsverhalten werden wir hier Auswirkungen spüren.
