Now, that funding has hit over $20 million, and Shiok Meats is poised to become the first cultured cell-based crustacean meat company to have their products widely available in the market by 2022. Dr. Sandhya Sriram takes us into the fascinating world of lab-grown shrimp, crab and lobster, and also shares some valuable tips and insights for rising entrepreneurs in the space.
