Seth's Salt & Vinegar Chicken Wings
ingredients:
1lb chicken wings
2 cups white vinegar
1 cup kosher salt
2 tbs white sugar
1/2 chopped medium yellow onion
black pepper and garlic powder to taste
instructions:
mix vinegar, salt, and sugar in bowl
place wings in Ziplock bag with garlic powder and black pepper
toss to cover
add onion to bag
toss some more
add liquid brine to bag and marinate wings for 30-60 minutes
grill wings to perfection and enjoy
