The holidays can bring on a big energetic shift that can cause many to be easily triggered. The reality is this time of year on its own can cause this feeling of overwhelm and inability to keep up with everyday tasks. Really, just feel as if you never have enough time during the day to get everything accomplished that you need or want to. It can feel all-consuming when you add in the additional stressors this year with the pandemic.
