134: Living in Your Dharma, Crystal Children, and the Age of Aquarius with Sarah Lynne Mosser

ALIVE has been revived - Welcome to Season 2 of the podcast!!! After much introspection + and an inner calling to take a step back from the show last September 2024 (the 4 Year Anniversary celebration episode #133), I have had many divine downloads + fresh perspectives that I'm excited to unleash here JUST FOR YOU! It also felt divinely timed to release in May, which is Mental Health Awareness Month + my birth month! (May 12th) 

Opening Season 2 is a divinely inspired conversation with Sarah Lynne Mosser, Reiki Master, Quantum Healer, and Energy Intuitive, also known as @sincerelyspiritual on Instagram. 

As the title alludes, we deep dive into what it means to be a soul having a human experience, and how to navigate this Age of Aquarius, or Golden Age consciousness for those who are feeling the frequencies and calling to RISE into this new reality we are all experiencing as a collective. 

Sarah and I also explore the concepts of seeking validation, and why society puts people on pedestals which is evolving more into the energies of "only the authentic + real will survive", as Sarah says, and the downfall of the Hollywood/guru mentality! 

Also deeply intriguing in the spirit of inner child therapy is the concept of "Crystal Children" and what it means to Live in Your Dharma, or your destined soul's calling. 

About Sarah Lynne Mosser: 

I’m a Reiki Master, living in Austin, TX. I’m originally from California, I have a degree in Psychology and a 5 year old son who is a crystal child. I had my true spiritual awakening 10 years ago. A lifelong empath, who is now fully understanding and stepping into my intuitive gifts. I’m a constant seeker and lover of astrology, numerology, oracle cards, and everything multidimensional. I also read auras and work with clients on energy and spiritual healing.
