Join host Shubham, as he catches up with Minahil Zahoor (Diverse Communities Cricket Officer at Warwickshire Cricket Board) and Sahil Solanki (Associate Operations Manager, Pune 7Aces) to discuss their journeys into professional careers in sports in the UK and India, respectively. Having studied sports management together, the three dive into what a sports education program looks like as well as the challenges of navigating a career in sports. They share their insights on what it takes to pursue this path professionally, for the long haul, and some of the bumps you might face along the way!
