In this episode, I talk about the importance of communication and confrontation in relationships. I had a very hard time with this until very recently, but learning to express my needs in a healthy way has really transformed the way I move through all sorts of relationships. In this episode, I unpack the roots of why confrontation was once so difficult for me and why it may be difficult for so many people; I explain how to express your needs and concerns in a way that's true to how you feel, but also mindful of the other person's emotions; and describe why ghosting has the potential to be so damaging on both ends.
