In this episode, I address the harsh reality that suffering and negative emotions are an undeniable part of the human experience. I debunk the idea that the goal of life should be happiness and instead suggest that we should strive for experience, accepting that negative emotions are apart of said experience. I go on to talk about my personal encounters with suffering and suggest several mindset shifts and tools to help you move through negative emotions in a way that still allows you to live life to the fullest, mindfulness mediation and Buddhist teachings acting as the basis of such lessons.
