I am sorry there was no show last week, I was exhausted, lay down on the couch at 8:30, woke up at 10:45, and went to bed. Mondays are exhausting, however, I love Monday.
I am being serious. You know why? Well, it's simple really, every time I wake up on a Monday morning, I'm thankful & grateful. Ya see, for a long time, I didn't want to wake up, especially on a Monday. Age, therapy, mediation & a LOT of self reflection & introspection has taught me to embrace each day I draw breath, even the difficult days. Ya see, the thing is, even my worst day, in the grand scheme of things isn't really that bad. Yes, trauma is trauma, you own it & it's yours & it's not a competition. I'm just happy to have another day, lets discuss shall we?
