What if the places where you feel most stuck contain your greatest wisdom? This guided meditation invites you on a gentle journey inward to discover the profound insights hidden within your emotional barriers.

Through intentional breathing and somatic awareness, we'll help you locate where stuckness resides in your physical body—whether as heaviness in your chest, a knot in your belly, or tightness in your throat. Rather than trying to fix or overcome these sensations, you'll learn to approach them with curiosity and compassion, recognizing them as the voice of your inner child waiting to be heard.

Speaker 1 (00:02):
Hello and welcome.
Today we're going to take alittle trip through a guided
meditation to listen for theinsight and information of our
little child.
So take a moment to find somestillness.
Let your body settle into acomfortable position, begin to

(00:28):
breathe slowly and intentionally, inhale gently through your
nose and exhale through yourmouth, and let the outside world
soften and let your mind knowit's safe to turn inward.

(00:54):
Now, with every breath, beginto imagine yourself sinking
deeper and deeper into yourinner world, a quiet, sacred
space where all parts of you arewelcome, even the stuck parts

(01:21):
or the silent parts or thescared parts.
Let's give the invitation tocome to this place Now.

(01:45):
Bring your attention to the partof you that feels stuck, not to
fix it, not to shame it, justto listen, to be noticed.
Where in your body do you feelthat sense of stuckness?

(02:09):
Is it a heaviness in your chestor a knot in your belly?
Or maybe it's a tightness inyour throat?
Wherever you notice it in yourbody, just gently place your

(02:31):
hand there.
If it feels right, allowyourself to breathe into that
space, inhaling softness andgentleness and exhaling any

(02:52):
tension that that part holds, and just gently let it know
you're listening and that you'rehere and available to
understand what needs to beattended to.
Now, imagine that this feelingis not just a feeling of a block

(03:23):
, but it actually is a smallvoice, the voice of your inner
child, the part of you thatlearned long ago that it had to
hold back in order to beaccepted, to stay safe, the part

(03:49):
of you that carries thatemotional wisdom hidden deep,
deep beneath the layers ofsilence.
Just allow that little part toshow up in that part of your

(04:11):
body and just notice this littleone.
Give them time to acknowledgeyou, give them space and

(04:33):
permission to observe you too.
Let them become curious andbuild a sense of trust with you,
still breathing that softnessinto that space, into that

(04:55):
little one, and, when you'reready, ask them gently what they
would like you to know, what itis you need to be aware of in
this deafness, and let theanswers come as images or

(05:20):
feelings or whispers.
There's no right way to listen.
Just be present and allow andknow that this stuckness is not

(05:47):
a flaw, it's a threshold, it'san invitation showing you the
beauty in limitation.
It's not to keep you trapped, but to guide you inward, to

(06:13):
bring a pause into yourawareness, to bring you to the
edge of something very sacredwithin you.
It's your own breakthrough, that only you can be guided from
the very innermost part of you,and our mind remembers that

(06:36):
true clarity often comes insilence, in flashes, in the
quiet moments when it can restso that the heart finally speaks
and reveals some insight orinformation to us.

(07:12):
So breathe here a little longerwith your little one, trusting
that, as they guide you andreveal more of what you need to
know, you can trust that thisemotional wall is not the end.
It is the doorway Guiding youto the places and spaces that

(07:34):
you most need to listen to.
And as we prepare to come backto the space, in this time,
thank your inner child forspeaking, Thank your body for

(07:58):
feeling and thank your soul forstaying, and affirm to yourself
that you trust that even in yourstuckness there is wisdom being
held and that you can allowyourself to feel so that you can

(08:27):
heal.
Every limit is an opening andan invitation.
So take one more breath in andgently exhale, and begin to
wiggle your fingers and yourtoes, coming back to the here

(08:56):
and now, opening up your eyes, becoming more aware of your
surroundings and, when you'reready, place a hand over your
heart and carry this softnessand this insight and this little
inner connection back with you.
You are not broken.

(09:21):
You are becoming.
