Your body is not just physical — it’s a multi-layered system of intelligence, frequency, and flow.

In this powerful episode, Dr. Abhimanyou Raathore — Clinical Psychologist, Functional Medicine Practitioner, and founder of the Antifragilient Operating System — introduces the Six Bodies Framework, a revolutionary way to understand your complete self.

You’ll meet all six bodies:

  • The Physical Body — bones, muscles, organs, and visible systems
  • The Mental Body — thoughts, focus, and mental images
  • The Emotional Body — feelings, emotional memories, and feelings driven responses
  • The Energetic Body — your intuitive, vibrational field that senses and guides
  • The Spiritual Body — your deeper sense of connection, meaning, and expansion
  • The Electrical Body — the nervous system and bioelectric currents that spark life

These bodies don’t function in isolation — they’re always in conversation.

Dr. Raathore explains how each of these six bodies is influenced by the four pillars of the Antifragilient OS: Stimulus, Nutrition, Rest, and Detoxification. This forms a 6×4 matrix — a practical map showing how your daily choices either nourish or deplete your wholeness.

From the food on your plate to the words you speak, from how you sleep to how you breathe — everything touches all six bodies.

This is not theory. This is a lens to live by. Whether you're recovering from burnout, building resilience, or stepping into your peak self — this is where your real healing begins.

🎧 Tune in to understand your full system. Live intentionally. Heal across all six dimensions.

My name is Dr Abhimanyu Rathoreand I am the founder of the
Anti-Fragilient Operating System.
Here is the anti-fragilienttransmission for the day.

(00:23):
Here is the anti-frigilintransmission for the day.
As a human being, we are madeup of six bodies the physical
body, which you see on theoutside, made up of your body

(00:45):
parts.
Then your mental body, which ismade up of your thoughts,
projections, visualizations.
Then your emotional body, whichis made up of frequencies.
Then your spiritual body, whichhelps you feel expansive or

(01:18):
limited.
And finally, your electricalbody, which is about the
electricity that passes throughyou in terms of the
bioelectrical impulses andsignals.

(01:42):
When we want to be at our best, when we want to ensure that we
are in alignment, we would likeall or most of these bodies to
be functioning in harmony witheach other, be functioning in

(02:07):
harmony with each other, andwhatever we interact with in our
world either is contributingtowards that harmony or is
taking our six bodies away fromthat harmony, our six bodies

(02:34):
away from that harmony.
Each of these six bodies needto be taken through or taken
care of with the help of thefour pillars of health.
The first pillar of health isstimulus.
That means what kind ofpositive or negative challenges

(03:00):
exercises do you put thesebodies through?
What kind of?
After you've put the bodythrough that exercise challenge,
positive or negative, thencomes the importance of
nutrition, because only now thebody will be able to absorb that

(03:23):
nutrition.
Once you've fed it thenutrition, good or bad, once you

(03:45):
have fed it the nutrition, goodor bad, then the body will
during the third pillar, that is, rest.
During the pillar of rest, thenthe body produces toxins which
need to be detoxified and that'swhy the fourth pillar of health
is detoxification.

(04:12):
As we keep the 6x4 matrix inmind, we would be able to see
how our choices of food exerciseinteraction, profession of food

(04:32):
exercise interaction profession, the way we spend our time, the
way we spend our money, everylittle bit of it is impacting
our lives or not.
And if it's impacting, is itimpacting it in a positive
manner or not?
Because, believe it or not, every big or small decision

(04:59):
impacts our life On all thesesix bodies, across one or
multiple of these four pillarsof health.
That's all for today.
Thank you very much.
I'll talk to you tomorrow.
