Speaker 1 (00:01):
Today is August 5th
2025.
My name is Dr Abhimanyu Rathore.
I am the founder of theAnti-Fragilient Operating System
.
Here is the anti-fragilienttransmission for the day
(00:23):
antifragileant transmission forthe day.
Yesterday, we talked about thenine characteristics, nine C's,
of self-energy, and many of youtold me that you loved it.
Many of you told me that youdid experience it, and I know
(00:44):
you did, because, yes, the selfis always present, as we talked
about in the episode of 3rdAugust.
Now let's build on it.
And now today might not be thatlong an episode.
However, let's understandself-leadership a little bit Now
.
When you become self-led, whathappens?
(01:05):
Okay, it means that now yourparts allow you, as self, to
serve as an active, clear and acompassionate leader of the
system clear and a compassionateleader of the system.
(01:28):
So what does a compassionate, clear, active leader do?
A compassionate, active, clearleader goes ahead and takes
inputs from everybody.
So you will take inputs fromall your parts.
However, you will not allowthem to take control.
You will decide what's best forevery one of your parts and for
(01:55):
everybody else involved.
Now, in this state.
What happens In this state?
You know, the parts startreleasing the distress, they
start coming out of the survivalmentality that they had, which
they'd been carrying for such along time that they had which
they'd been carrying for such along time.
And this is what restores themto the original ability of
moving away from the shadowfrequency, shadow behavior, to
(02:19):
an unburdened state of giftwhere they can truly be the
talent that they are.
Okay, and this is what allowsthem to become lighter, less
reactive and more capable ofconnection and so much more.
And they add the multifacetedability to you and suddenly
people start recognizing andpeople like oh my God, I never
(02:40):
knew you were so talented.
Oh my God, you are talented inso many things.
And to you it feels effortlessbecause where earlier these
parts were pulling you down, nowthey're contributing to your
growth and success, because theyknow they're staying unburdened
(03:00):
is kind of dependent on yourleadership, that self-leadership
.
So what happens as a result?
Because you feel connected withthem, they feel connected with
you.
They tell you everything.
You listen to them.
You know with clarity, activelyand compassionately.
Now you feel a greater sense ofharmony inside you, okay, and
(03:33):
now you don't want to run awayfrom situations and you feel
present all the time.
In the now you know the samepower of now that Eckhart Tolle
talks about, and so many peoplehave talked about, that.
This is the moment.
Right now is the only momentyou have in time.
There's no past, there's nofuture.
So you feel present all thetime.
Okay, and and interestingly, this is an incremental process
(04:02):
Okay, having said that, I wantyou to understand this that
nobody is self-led all the time.
Okay, it's a very fluid stateand this fluid state, it tends
to grow over time, over time, you know.
And how does it grow?
It grows when your parts gettaken care of on a regular basis
(04:25):
, when the needs are taken careof on a regular basis.
Okay, so that's whatself-leadership is all about.
And and you know, it's such anaddictive state.
Of those nine C's, you knowwhich, if you remember, what are
(04:51):
the nine C's, do you remember?
No, the nine C's are curiosity, calm, clarity, connectedness,
confidence, courage, creativity,compassion and choice.
If you want to know detailsabout that, go to my episode
(05:16):
from August 4th and listen to it.
You'll be able to understand itbetter.
Now you know when these nineC's are present, that's when you
are in a state ofself-leadership, and that is
what is called flow, my friends.
Okay, and that's what I wantyou to use as an exercise today
(05:44):
ready.
So what I want you to do is Iwant you to you know.
Remember a time, you know whenthe voice is inside you were
quiet and you felt the sense offlow where you were one with the
elements, as they say right andeverything you would.
You were just going ahead anddoing things.
They just you were as smooth asas as a knife you know, a hot
(06:09):
knife on butter.
Yeah, you remember that feeling.
How does that happen?
It just flows, it just cutsthrough so effortlessly.
And think about, is there anyarea in your life where you wish
your parts would allow you tolead?
Think about that.
(06:34):
That could be a greatopportunity for you to grow your
nine C's and buildself-leadership.
Do, let me know what you thinkabout this.
I personally follow all of thisfor myself, my clients and
(06:55):
patients and, believe me, it'slife changing.
And it also remember.
It's about also beingcompassionate about everybody,
including you as self, and ifyou are self-led, then you will
be compassionate.
Okay, so understand this.
There will be times that verypowerful, strong parts will take
(07:18):
over.
They will be the moment youbecome curious at that time.
Right, you operate out of.
Hmm, interesting.
What is happening?
Hmm, what am I feeling, whatare my thoughts, what are my
sensations?
Yeah, that opens the door.
That's the beginning of it.
It's interesting, yeah.
(07:39):
That's why one of your favoritewords could be interesting.
And you know what?
Let me give you another friend, ready and this friend is called
I Paul Interesting point ofview.
The moment you can go ahead andunderstand that everybody,
(08:00):
including yourself, has aninteresting point of view around
situations, you will be able tolook at that interesting point
of view of your parts and ofeverybody else around you that
you're related with or relatedto.
Okay, and it suddenly makeslife so interesting.
Because what is it?
(08:22):
It is just an interesting pointof view that they have, or you
have, right, and that opensdoors for you, opens doors for
self-leadership.
Interesting, right Now.
(08:43):
Tomorrow, we are going to goahead and talk about the
different types of bots, yeah,so that you'll be able to
recognize them more, you'll beable to understand their
presence more, and that wouldreally help you.
Yeah, become a better leader, who is active, who is clear and
who is compassionate.
That's all I have for you today.
I'll see you tomorrow, thankyou, bye-bye.
