This week on the APL nextED Mini-Pod, Herzing University President Renée Herzing talks about the ways leadership can support and shepherd both traditional and nontraditional learners along the path towards degree completion.

How do institutions adapt to ever-changing learner demographics? Herzing University believes part of the key is meeting students where they are. Herzing began serving students in 1965 and launched their online campus in 2003 to provide support and more accessible learning opportunities to nontraditional students. As a former online learner, President Herzing uses her experience to continually advocate for the growth of the institution to support all students.

Hear how President Herzing is continuing the University’s focus on innovation and empathetic leadership for holistic support of their students.
