- Professional development is any way you are improving, whether that is technical competency or soft skills.
- Know who you are, who your company is and who you are trying to serve (not just who is your client).
- Client relationships can be a lot like dating, you can't settle when it's not a good match.
- It's important to know your clients and colleagues outside of projects.
- Challenge yourself to do something outside of your comfort zone every day.
