Speaker 1 (00:09):
Natasha Webber is your astrology coach with a planetary update
for the weekend of October six. Keep listening. There's a
personal tarot eyed reading for you at the end of
this episode. So what's your astrological outlook for the next
few days?

Speaker 2 (00:35):
Feeling dizzy? There are so many planets making astrological connections
on Friday, it could make your head and heart spin.
But what's interesting about these celestial meetups is that they're
all making the same type of connection in the sky
and it's not friendly. So what areas of your life
are going to feel the heat this weekend? When Mercury

(00:58):
and Libra and saturnin Pi I sees butt heads, you'll
be pushed your mental limits. You could find yourself spiraling
about a minor issue, so surround yourself with people who
can ground you and pull you back to Earth. Then
Mars and Libra and Neptune in Pisces might set off
undermining tendencies, so watch out for frenemies and passive aggressive coworkers,

(01:21):
and if people are trying to mess with your relationship,
focus on your own feelings and forget the nasayers. Pisces
is the most intuitive sign of the zodiac. So trust
your gut when it comes to your intimate feelings, and
make sure you're looking out not just for your romantic partner,
but that you're also safeguarding the most important relationship of all,

(01:43):
the one with yourself. You might also see some power
tripping play out when Venus and Leo and Pluto and
Capricorn stir up the desire to dominate. If this dynamic
is crushing you, here's a better game plan. Steer this
powerful energy towards a passion instead. That way, you're turning

(02:03):
all that intensity into something productive and fruitful, rather than
just squabbling over who's in charge. And I wish I
could tell you it'll get better by Saturday. But the
Sun in liber faces off with Jupiter in Taurus, turning
molehills into mountains. But here's one last astro haack. This
tricky alignment can be remedied by nature. Both Libra and

(02:25):
Taurus are at their sparkling best when surrounded by trees, flowers,
the beach, anything created by Mother Nature's own hand. So
if you really need to snap out of it, get
outside and literally smell the roses, touch some grass. The
going might get tough this weekend, but just put your
grounding practices in place and remember this too shall pass

(02:49):
your fuck.

Speaker 1 (02:54):
After this, your very own Taro reading is just around
the corner. Make sure you follow Astrology Coach in your
favorite podcast app so you never miss a forecast. Natasha
will be back on Monday with everything you need to

(03:16):
know to plan your week.

Ruthie's Table 4

Ruthie's Table 4

For more than 30 years The River Cafe in London, has been the home-from-home of artists, architects, designers, actors, collectors, writers, activists, and politicians. Michael Caine, Glenn Close, JJ Abrams, Steve McQueen, Victoria and David Beckham, and Lily Allen, are just some of the people who love to call The River Cafe home. On River Cafe Table 4, Rogers sits down with her customers—who have become friends—to talk about food memories. Table 4 explores how food impacts every aspect of our lives. “Foods is politics, food is cultural, food is how you express love, food is about your heritage, it defines who you and who you want to be,” says Rogers. Each week, Rogers invites her guest to reminisce about family suppers and first dates, what they cook, how they eat when performing, the restaurants they choose, and what food they seek when they need comfort. And to punctuate each episode of Table 4, guests such as Ralph Fiennes, Emily Blunt, and Alfonso Cuarón, read their favourite recipe from one of the best-selling River Cafe cookbooks. Table 4 itself, is situated near The River Cafe’s open kitchen, close to the bright pink wood-fired oven and next to the glossy yellow pass, where Ruthie oversees the restaurant. You are invited to take a seat at this intimate table and join the conversation.
