Natasha Webber is your astrology coach with your planetary update
for the weekend of September eight. Keep listening. There's a
personal tarot card reading for you at the end of
this episode. So what's your astrological outlook for the next
few days.

We need to talk about Jupiter, the biggest planet in
our solar system, began its backwards spin this week, and
as you might expect, its affects a slow movie. Jupiter
is now moving backwards until December thirty one. This retrograde
isn't such a big deal in astrology because the giant
planet's orbit dawdles around the Sun for many months of

the year, so it has less of a noticeable impact
than say, Mars Venus or Mercury's retrograde. But that doesn't
mean Jupiter can't pack a punch. So let's talk about
what its retrograde means for you. But first up on Friday,
Jupiter in Taurus makes an auspicious alignment with the Sun
in Virgo. There's potential for growth and opportunity here, but

you'll only be able to take advantage if you really
do your homework. So if you get a call for
a job interview, with your dream company. Make sure you're
over prepared, likewise for any business ventures. Shoot your shot,
but only after you've carefully weighed up the potential risks
and pitfalls. And if you do bump into an old flame,

question how happy you truly were in the relationship the
four blindly stepping back into old territory. Don't forget Jupiter
rules happiness. Jupiter's rewinding through Taurus for the first time
in twelve years. The last time we were here was
in December twenty eleven, So think back to that time
in your life. What was happening that made you feel stuck.

Taurus can be painfully slow, so it could feel that
some part of your life has literally hit the brakes.
But that's not a sign to throw in the towel
on whatever area of your life is slowing down. If
it's something that's important to you, don't let go. Just
change tact. That's not to say you should be inflexible
or bull headed, though, but don't be afraid to be persistent.

Jupiter typically sees the bigger picture, so when it's going backward,
it can be easy to lose sight of the grand
scheme of things. And because Jupiter is associated with good fortune,
you might feel a bit down on your luck. That said,
this will probably just affect one aspect of your life,
particularly if Jupiter is your planetary ruler sorry Sadgis and Pisces,

and if you know your chart, look to your Taurus
house to get an idea of where you might be tested.
But Jupiter can't help but bring blessings even when it's
in retrograde, so you may discover an opportunity for growth
and advancement if you take the time to sit with
your problem rather than pushing forward or rushing like a
bull at a gate.
