This is actually the reverse of a FaceTime call, meaning if I'm the homeowner and I receive the text now I'm going to see myself large and the salesperson small. So I get to see and the salesperson will have a virtual background. It's all tuned up to do a virtual estimate. And so now the customer can walk through the home and me or if I'm the salesperson in the call center, hey, I'll record everything. The entire video is recorded. I can take remote photos and tap into your camera, take high res photos, take notes, share my screen if I need to walk you through document, hold up your ID if I need a picture of id. People aren't window experts. This would have really helped so that they could just take a walk with video and the agents on our end could see what they were looking at.
