ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY! Ok, Chrissy's feeling a lot better this week and has dug through some layers to get to the root of what has been making her feel so anxious the last couple months. Sometimes it's hard to ask for help and it starts to be a pretty heavy burden. Missy and Chrissy also talk about their different relationship styles and dig into why they are the way they are with their spouses.
As discussed in previous episodes, Missy and Chrissy definitely want to continue recording and posting episodes as they have more to say.
