In this Happy hour, we talk with multiple time flair bartending World Champion, and entrepreneur, Tom Dyer. In an interview that was so good we had to make it two parts, we begin by talking his flair beginning, how he got started, and the hilarious reason he wanted to become a bartender in the first place. We discuss the recent closing of one of the most beloved flair bars, Roadhouse, and he spills a secret he heard about its future. He gives us his secrets to competing, how to create a routine, and how to be true to yourself when performing.
