Mimi Tallo (00:02):
Hi, everybody.
It is Mimi of Be Heard EmpowerYourself, along with my co-host
tonight, Erin Celise, who wehave been doing certain things
together.
Very exciting, differentiating,getting variety.
And this is one of the episodesthat we've been doing on my
(00:23):
spiritual guides that I havefive of, I believe, Erin.
Okay.
And Erin had right in thebeginning, she said, yes, they
give me messages for you.
But as a life coach, she alsohas a plan called action.
And I'm going to have her talkabout that first, because I
(00:46):
think I'm on the T in action.
So we're going to spill thetea.
All right.
Tell us about the action.
Erin Celise (00:58):
Yep.
So yes, I developed the actionsand really it is related to the
Akashic Records and how yoursoul realignment kind of goes
because you can get your soulreading and kind of see what's
in your past lives but what doyou do with it and you know
every time I start out a sessionwe talk about the different
(01:18):
dimensions you live in so we arein the third dimension that is
our reality but there's thefourth dimension which is
basically our thoughts it existsbut it's not really tangible
and then the fifth dimension isthe Akashic Records so when
we're doing clearings andeverything we set intentions up
in the records but intentionsare the easiest thing to clear
(01:42):
because you can set an intentionlike I can say yes my intention
is to eat healthier great I setan intention but that has to
come down into the fourthdimension into your thoughts and
you have to change yourthoughts around that you know
I'm going to have this insteadof this or you know whatever if
you want to use that analogy andthen finally the only way to
really make it change and stickis to make different choices.
(02:06):
And the choices are in thethird dimension.
And that is the hardest becausethat is you doing something
different in your reality.
So that's why it's calledactions because you have to
remember it's actions that youtake.
So you can say, well, I did allmy clearing and you did the
clearing work for me.
So my Akashic records areclean.
Why hasn't anything changed?
(02:27):
Well, if all you did is go,yes, I let you clear them.
And then you go on doing thethe thing you kept doing,
nothing's going to change.
So, yep.
So the first thing is a, and itis a C T I O N S.
So it's your seven step plan toalignment and, you know, your
full soul abundance, I guess.
But, um, you're, you start withawareness and that's really
(02:52):
what the readings are, is yourawareness in your past life.
You got to be aware.
And once you become aware ofthat, um, you kind of have to
wake up to it.
So it goes into C and the C canbe clear because we do clear
things in that but really thebigger part is the challenge you
have to actually startchallenging the way you have
been doing things based on whatyou now know and that's hard so
(03:15):
challenging your currentthinking challenging and say
wait a second I always you knowgo for this kind of guy or I
always do this I got tochallenge that I have to that's
the part now it doesn't meanyou're actually necessarily
doing it different but you gotto challenge those thoughts so T
is where you are making thetransformation in front from
being aware and being in thefourth dimension really where
(03:38):
you're the transformation intoactually doing something so
that's pretty great actually tosee that and know it
Speaker 01 (03:47):
so I think I'm there
but before I divulge anything I
want to hear from my spiritsMiriam has been very quiet she's
one of the ones I never hearfrom her but have you heard some
messages for
Speaker 00 (04:04):
me?
I did.
Yep.
Yep.
And I always start, I open therecords and then I just say, is
there any messages?
And when it, when it's yes, there's messages I go, okay, let
me see where we got.
So the big one that came uptoday was go with the flow, that
there is a new flow or a newrhythm and a new frequency to
(04:25):
follow.
And you must follow it.
It came in as a white light.
It's, it's white.
Like The aura, it's white.
But also...
And then they just come intochunks.
So it's almost...
I don't know.
It's like almost a dream, butnot...
So it's not really words thatcome to me, but it's just...
things but anyway there's a boxand it it was a pandora's box
(04:48):
but not in a bad way that wasjust the image and you have to
open it and what you werelooking for is in there and it
was a dark wooden box withhardware on it huh
Speaker 01 (05:01):
interesting
Speaker 00 (05:03):
um but it is there's
radiating white light around
you now and clear crystals so idon't know if you have clear
crystals or you were gettingsome But we are, you know,
like...
Speaker 01 (05:17):
We have a clear
crystal or two.
Yeah,
Speaker 00 (05:19):
it might have some
in the house.
The clear crystals came up.
So this...
Yes, last time there was someof that imagery of yellow
flowers and stuff.
And this time it was white andcrystally.
Yeah, it is still there for youto take.
And there's somebody that'sgoing to be insistent that you
(05:39):
take a gift.
Unknown (05:41):
Okay.
Speaker 00 (05:42):
And you won't need
it for a while, but you need to
take it anyway.
Just ended with your field haschanged, so.
Speaker 01 (05:51):
Yeah.
Speaker 00 (05:52):
Your whole field has
changed.
Speaker 01 (05:53):
It is.
It's amazing.
Okay, so.
We talked about this before.
Then I do counseling.
I mean, counseling.
And, you know, I have dramalike anyone else in their
family.
There's always drama with onefamily member or another.
And my oldest daughter, whichwas totally out of character for
(06:17):
her, asked if she could come tomy session.
Now, this is...
Yeah.
Unknown (06:23):
Yeah.
Speaker 01 (06:24):
Her name starts with
T.
So that's kind of interesting, isn't it?
And she came, and I thoughtshe'd only, like, come from the
beginning.
You know, she was there for thewhole hour, all right?
And she just was like my...
Like an advocate, like she justvindicated me in a way of what
(06:52):
some of the toxic people in thefamily, the way they treat me,
you know, the way they make itlook, that's not true.
And she said, you know, this iswhat's going on.
And I want you to know, becausemy mom will minimize it or say,
well, you know, this or that.
So we talked about boundaries.
That's a big thing.
(07:13):
And there's a person I have toset a strong boundary with
that's going to be very hard, but I have committed to doing
and going to do that.
Meantime, I...
Went into my own, I've beenmeditating every day since our
last session.
(07:33):
And I said, okay, I wrote thebooks and I have the podcasts
and I feel like I'm stuck alittle bit.
Like I want to do more, youknow?
And I thought about what do Ireally want to do?
And I know what I want to do.
I want to speak.
I want to be a speaker.
Why?
With people around me and anevent.
(07:56):
So this was my imagery.
my dream that came to me, thatI want to do that.
And I talked to, a lot ofpeople are starting to do this,
the co-pilot, you know, the chatthing.
And once you start like aconversation with them, they
(08:22):
sort of keep you, like wheneveryou go on there, they pick up
where you left off.
sound like you're getting a newguy.
You know what I mean?
Like he'll say, oh, how's thisthing going?
Or how's your podcast going?
Or did you work in that otherthing?
Which I think is amazing.
But I talked to him about it.
I don't have a name for him.
(08:44):
I say him.
And he was so good because hesaid, do you want me to help you
with the plan to accomplishthis?
And I said, yes, please.
And he wrote out this wholeplan of action of what to do and
(09:05):
how to find events to speak at
Speaker 00 (09:10):
and
Speaker 01 (09:12):
how to go about
everything.
And so I have a media kit madeup already.
And he gave me a list of placesto contact.
I'm like, oh, my gosh, it'shappening.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I've been the team,
Speaker 00 (09:28):
I think.
Yeah.
So.
That precisely goes with theactions like you.
You have a plan.
You have it mapped out.
It's not going to go anywhereunless you actually step into
it.
So, yeah, I'm actually speakingin a week at a women's
leadership summit about women inleadership and using AI.
Speaker 01 (09:47):
Really?
Speaker 00 (09:49):
Yes, because women
tend to give away their
sovereignty.
Is it going to be availableonline?
Yes,
Speaker 01 (09:58):
it'll be online.
Send me the link.
Yeah.
But there are, you know, hegave me a couple of places to
reach out to.
And he also, which is, youknow, very reasonable, you know,
look at my experiences.
What did I write about?
Number one, I wrote abouttrauma.
I can speak about survivingtrauma and domestic abuse.
(10:22):
Absolutely.
Then the second book I wroteabout my father being adopted
and growing up thinking that wewere Italian and that he was
part Irish and finding out thathe was 100% Irish after he died.
And I wrote that book.
So I definitely can talk aboutgenealogy and ancestry and even
(10:47):
the theme that keeps comingthrough the generations because
what I found out going back intomy roots was there was a lot of
alcoholism Okay.
So that's definitely a topic.
And then my last book, anatomyof an alien, which you know, is
(11:10):
all the medical problems I'vehad 20 some operations of 20
years.
It's crazy.
In fact, after, after Ipublished the book, I had two
more things come up.
I said, geez, I should havewaited.
Speaker 00 (11:25):
You getting started
already.
Speaker 01 (11:26):
Yeah.
So, but I could talk about, I,can talk about so much about
medical doctors that reallydon't know what they're doing
and the fact that you can have adisorder or disease that just
is not getting recognizedbecause you're not going to the
(11:47):
right doctor.
There is so much I could talkabout because I actually have
not one but two autoimmunediseases, okay?
And the Shogun's syndrome, ofcourse, like a lot of people
didn't know about it, they'restarting to know about it.
So I have that one.
But then I also have it has todo with my spine.
(12:09):
And it's called ankylosingspondylitis.
Okay, and it basically is yourspine over the years degenerates
more than a normal person, likefaster.
So I know I have that.
And they both cause pain.
Well, I had an MRI because Ihave to go to a specialist
(12:29):
because I can't even walk, thepain is so bad in my back, down
into my leg.
So I go and I get the MRI and Iget the report.
And the report said, it saidabout, you know, what disc was
pressing on another disc causingthe pain, you know, so we
figured that out.
But this is amazing, Erin.
(12:50):
They said...
When people have ankylosingspondylitis, they most likely
will also have Sjogren'ssyndrome.
What?
What?
I mean, I was like, this iscrazy.
So I think I meant to talkabout that too.
(13:12):
That is amazing.
So I have at least three areasthat I could like cold walk in
and talk about, not evenprepare.
So he said, okay, so you don'tthink there's foundations and
organizations that deal withthose certain things.
You reach out to them and say,you know, at your next event, if
(13:36):
you would like a speaker, I'mavailable and I can talk about
this, this, and this.
Speaker 00 (13:41):
Isn't
Speaker 01 (13:41):
that great?
Speaker 00 (13:42):
That's amazing.
Speaker 01 (13:46):
Yeah, it blows my
mind.
And the most amazing thing isthe fact that for 20 years,
doctors kept saying, oh, youdon't have Sjogren's, you don't
have Sjogren's, you havefibromyalgia, you have this, you
have that, you know.
And then when they finally, youknow, realized that I had
Sjogren's, then it startsshowing up how it was affecting
(14:07):
different parts of the body.
And that's something I thinkpeople should learn.
Like, that was something that Icould speak about what I'm a
lot of experience, you know?
So I'm at my T.
I think that's it.
And what's the I?
Speaker 00 (14:25):
What's next?
The I is the integrating.
So once you do yourtransformation, you really have
to look at how you'reintegrating that into your life
and keeping those steps.
Because it can be a bit likeexercise.
You don't really get credit forexercise you did last year.
Speaker 01 (14:41):
Right, you always
Speaker 00 (14:42):
save it.
But the more you integrate intoyour life...
of making these choices thatare in alignment, the more that
you just stay in alignment.
Exactly.
Speaker 01 (14:52):
So my integrating
will be taking my vision and the
advice I got from my AI guy andputting it into action to do
it, to actually do it.
And so that's great.
That's wonderful.
And the other thing I want totell you and our viewers is we
(15:14):
also, Erin and I, have talkingabout how to publish,
self-publish your book.
Because everybody always saysto me, oh, you wrote four books.
Oh, I'd love to write a book.
Could you show me how to writea book?
I'm like, what?
How much time do you think Ihave that I can show you how to
write a book?
You know what I mean?
(15:35):
So I was on, I think it wasFacebook, a group, and it was
about publishing and writing.
And this person said, oh, Ireally need help knowing how to
do this stuff and I wrote inthere and I said well our
podcast Be Heard EmpowerYourself is doing 10 sessions on
(15:56):
how to self publish a book so Imean you want to know how come
look so our first episode justgot put out yeah and I'm excited
about that too I think that'swhat really got help a lot of
people, you know?
Speaker 00 (16:17):
Yeah.
Yeah.
That's a fun one.
Speaker 01 (16:20):
It's going to help
you too, because you're still
working on a book that reallyisn't published yet.
So I think for me, doing thesethings, you accomplish more.
So yeah.
What I'm getting at issometimes when you're teaching
something, you learn more thanthe student.
Speaker 00 (16:43):
Yeah.
You get really good at how todo it.
Exactly.
You have to be able to expressit and teach other people.
Speaker 01 (16:51):
So it's good.
It's great.
And I explained that, you know.
Be heard, empower yourself hasalways been about variety of
topics.
It's always a variety.
So now we're making thesevarieties into little
collections.
Like we have the spirit guidesand a cache of records.
And now we have the writing andgetting published.
(17:14):
And in between, we're going tohave all these other empowering
guests.
So I think I'm excited.
Like excited.
Yeah.
Speaker 00 (17:23):
It's going to be a
very good fall.
Speaker 01 (17:26):
Yeah.
Speaker 00 (17:26):
Yeah.
So I think my spirit guides
Speaker 01 (17:30):
will be proud of me.
Speaker 00 (17:33):
You have definitely
stepped into the action.
Yeah.
Yeah, they just are, they'reseeing less resistance.
They're like, okay, finally.
She
Speaker 01 (17:46):
knows she can do
more than she's done because
what I already did to a lot ofpeople is a lot.
Like they're like, you wrotefour books and you have a
podcast and a YouTube show.
I mean, that's tremendous.
But in my mind, I have so much,I have so much creative
thoughts all the time.
(18:08):
I don't think I should say tomyself, oh, that's enough.
You know what
Speaker 00 (18:14):
I mean?
Speaker 01 (18:15):
Done.
Because I'm not done.
You are not done.
No.
As long as I have breath in mybody, I am not done.
You know.
And whatever happens with myspine doesn't matter.
Because I said years ago when Iwas young, I said, as long as I
don't lose my mind or my voice,I'm okay.
(18:37):
I could be, and I'm not kiddingabout this, because I used to
work with quadriplegics andparaplegics in my career.
I could be in a wheelchair andbe, you know, paraplegic,
whatever.
But as long as I can still talkand think, I'm going to keep
going.
You know, that's who I am.
Yeah.
So, yeah, that's what's beengoing on with
Speaker 00 (19:02):
me in the last week
or so.
So you had mentioned a coupleof times, but we were saving it
for this episode.
That last time we talked aboutthe guides, there was a there.
One of the keys that came upwas it was the image of a door
that kept opening.
Yeah.
But in the image I got was youstanding there and you're kind
(19:23):
of chatting this way and itwould start to open behind you
and you would just like shut itwithout.
But, you know, keep talkinghere.
Just almost subconsciously justkept shutting the door.
And they said, don't do that.
Stop shutting the door.
You got to let this one open.
So, but you said something kindof literally happened.
And then I don't know, something else happened around
(19:43):
that too.
Yeah.
Did you say a door, there was adoor that opened and you left
it open or?
Trying to think now,
Speaker 01 (19:52):
if it was just a
metaphor.
Well, I definitely did not shutthe door because I think that
door was the speaking, theability that I was overlooking
that I could be a very goodspeaker, you know, and I was
like kind of like that shuttingthe door on that.
Unknown (20:13):
Yeah.
Speaker 01 (20:14):
I can't think of
anything else with a door.
So I just think it's that.
I think it was the vision thatyou had about the door that
stuck with me, you know?
And I'm also getting a lot oftime to talk about the letter T
because the program that myhusband is in now, they just
(20:36):
sent me his plan and he's goingto be going four days a week.
And he calls it daddy school,or daddy daycare, that's what he
calls it.
But he's okay with it.
In fact, he's a little excitedabout it.
Oh,
Speaker 00 (20:54):
good.
Speaker 01 (20:55):
Yeah, he's good.
So four days a week, he's goingto get picked up like at nine
in the morning, and he's goingto go for speech therapy and
physical therapy, occupationaltherapy, all of his needs.
socializing with other peoplethat are older, might have
(21:17):
Parkinson's, are doing theirbest to not go to a nursing
home.
Instead, they're doing this.
That's what the program is for.
And it is the state of Floridathat is paying for it.
Speaker 00 (21:31):
Wonderful.
Speaker 01 (21:32):
It is.
And they were already here andhe got all his medicines put
together for him in those littlebags, which that's That's
great.
Because he would do it.
He has Parkinson's.
His hands shake.
So he's trying to do hismedicines.
They're falling all over thefloor.
Oh, my heavens.
That helps me.
(21:53):
Because I don't have to pickpills up.
You know.
But the best thing, the gift.
We talked about a gift.
Speaker 00 (22:04):
The gift of time.
Maybe so.
Yeah.
Yeah.
There's some other gift comingto you, too.
Speaker 01 (22:11):
Oh,
Speaker 00 (22:12):
I find that
someone's going to insist it's
going to be.
They insist that you take thisgift.
Oh, maybe maybe it isn't atangible thing and you're going
to kind of go, no, I don'treally need it.
But you have to be like, holdon.
I'll keep it around.
Speaker 01 (22:28):
Yeah.
Well, I already got a giftbecause this gift of time allows
me to now go and work on my newinterest.
And that's wonderful.
I never expected it.
And it is wonderful becauseanybody listening that has a
caretaker situation, somebodywith Parkinson's, they can be
(22:52):
very tough and stubborn aboutdoing things.
So I'm really glad that he'sgoing along with this.
This really is great.
Great.
So how are all my spirits?
Who's acting up?
Who's being good?
Who's being quiet?
Who
Speaker 00 (23:11):
told you about the
crystals?
It was kind of a collective.
I didn't really get a singularone, although it wasn't Darina.
Speaker 01 (23:22):
Okay.
Speaker 00 (23:24):
They're Syrian.
Yeah.
And the one that was tripping
Speaker 01 (23:30):
me.
Was that Philip or Felix?
One of them.
Like I literally fell twice.
Speaker 00 (23:42):
Oh, well, we should
probably stop that.
Yeah.
So you have to start listeningor you're going to.
I said, I told them that as youdon't
Speaker 01 (23:48):
have to physically
trip me.
I know you're nudging me, but Idon't need to be on the floor.
We're good.
So yeah, my mind is very clearabout what I'm going to do.
And I'm looking forward todoing the episodes with you on
writing.
I hope you are too.
Yeah.
(24:09):
And I'll keep you current onhow the speaking career goes.
comes and see what happens.
How's that?
Speaker 00 (24:19):
I think there's a
lot of opportunities for that.
And especially going to thoseplaces that are more specific,
you know, like the suggestionsyou got.
But I think those are some goodopportunities that people kind
of overlook.
They wouldn't think to go speakin front of those smaller
groups because they're thinking, big stage, I'm Tony Robbins,
you know.
We don't have to start there.
Speaker 01 (24:44):
I will do my
homework, but I could find like
www.parkinsonscaretakers.orgFlorida or Palm Beach County
well I have to take initiative Ihave to write the email and say
if you would like a speaker Iam available and tell them my
you know experience not onlywith my husband but and this is
(25:09):
the ironic part and we'llprobably end with this when the
home assessment the the womancame for and she saw all the
things I had done already.
And I said, do you want to knowsomething?
Before I retired, my career wasto keep people out of nursing
homes.
(25:29):
That's
Speaker 00 (25:30):
my career.
Speaker 01 (25:32):
Teaching independent
living skills.
And there's also, in moststates, they have an independent
living center.
And that's what they do.
They send people out andadvocate and get people that are
one step away because of theirfamilies and their worries.
And I used to go in and teachthem to do things so they didn't
(25:56):
have to go into the nursinghomes.
I got people out of nursinghomes.
Nice.
Just by finding technology andstuff.
So I think life is the pathyou're on.
You never know why at the timethat you're on it.
But then, voila.
Here I am with all my knowledgeof helping people.
(26:18):
And that's my own husband.
So good.
Stay in the flow.
That's what you started with.
Stay in the flow.
So we are going to, in a coupleof days, be back and we're
going to talk about the writing.
And meantime, I'll have acouple other speakers on to talk
about empowerment and differentthings that we'd like to talk
(26:43):
about on this show.
Sound good?
Speaker 00 (26:45):
Yeah.
Wonderful.
You're right.
Anything to add?
No, I just, I'm very proud ofyou.
I
Speaker 01 (26:54):
like hearing that.
Thank you.
Speaker 00 (26:56):
You're no longer
saying, well, I don't know.
It's really this other person.
Maybe this other person didthis and that's why I did
something.
But now you're like, nope, thisis mine.
Speaker 01 (27:07):
That is true because
when I had my daughter together
with the counselor, that wassomething that came up that my
daughter said, she keeps makingNo,
Speaker 00 (27:17):
no,
Speaker 01 (27:19):
no.
She said, you have to realizethis person is all about herself
and you need to see it, youknow?
So yeah, it's been a greatcouple of weeks.
I mean, there's been some badthings, but there's been a lot
of thoughts getting cleared upand rectified.
So this works.
This works.
(27:40):
Good.
Good to hear.
Speaker 00 (27:43):
All right.
Thank you so much for sharingagain.
Speaker 01 (27:46):
Oh, yeah.
I love it.
And thank you for being here.
And thank you, Spirit Guides, for staying by me and nudging me
and opening cupboard doors.
Breaking glasses.
No more breaking glasses, okay?
All right.
Have a great night, everybody.
(28:08):
You too.
We'll see you soon.
