Welcome back to Beautiful Inside. Today, I’m chatting with the fabulous Jodie Matthews, founder of ashaya. Now, this episode is extra special as it ties into Menopause Awareness Month, which is something I’ve personally been navigating as I enter perimenopause. I’ve had physical symptoms—from anxiety to gastrointestinal issues—that I didn’t even realise were related to peri!

I’ve known Jodie for years from when she was heading up MAC Cosmetics and she has always been someone who leads with passion and purpose. I caught up with her recently and was really inspired by how she has approached this new phase in her life and I wanted to get a different perspective for dealing with peri and menopause.
