Madhu Pura Dasa is a former monk who lived in India for five years studying Ayurveda and holistic healing.

In this episode, you're going to learn why Madhu left his life in Southern California at 18 to become a monk in India, what he discovered about happiness and purpose through his time in the monastery, how Ayurveda helped him heal when conventional medicine failed, why discipline is actually a form of freedom, and how he transitioned from being an Ayurvedic practitioner to running a marketing agency for holistic health professionals.

Madhu is a yogi and creator of the Monk Mindset Method, which serves to make ancient Vedic arts and sciences relevant and accessible for everyone. After living as a monk in India for 5 years, he returned to the U.S. to continue his Ayurvedic practice and help people step into the dharma to fulfill their life's purpose.
