She is author of two-award winning books: “On the Brink: A fresh lens To Take Your Business to New Heights” and “Rethink: Smashing the Myths of Women in Business.” Andi has co-authored a new book published in September 2023 entitled “Women Mean Business: Over 500 Insights from Extraordinary Leaders to Spark Your Success”.

Dr Simon has also developed and run Leadership Academies for her clients.
