• Brand awareness starts internally with a team that believes in themselves and the company mission
• Nothing is more rewarding than seeing team members proudly wear company branding in their personal lives
• Creating a contagious company culture that spreads from internal teams outward is the key to authentic brand presence

Through leadership, you'll learn to utilize your brand, create an omnipresence, stand the test of time, and take your business to the next level.

Ty Cobb Backer (00:00):
I'm going to talk a little bit about learning
how to amplify your brand bydeveloping your company culture
through leadership and creatinglasting authority, while
expanding your market presenceBrick by brick.
And this all starts with greatleadership.
There's no secret sauce.
There are certain attributesthe ability to inspire trust, to

(00:20):
impact a vision and sense ofdirection, to make hard
decisions and see that they arecarried out, and to develop the
art of delegating instead oftrying to do everything yourself
.
And boy am I guilty of that.
I have failed miserably manytimes over the years by holding
onto things entirely too long, which then, in turn, has

(00:42):
hindered our growth andexpansion in many ways.
You know, whether it bepersonal, whether it be
professionally, whether it befinancially, altogether just
held back from being successful.
Great leaders are sometimescrisis managers.
Some days I can be a counselor, which means having to deal with
other people's problems forwhich there's no playbook.

(01:03):
Mistakes will be made, andgreat leaders learn how to
rebound and move on.
You know talking a little bitabout our marketing and our
brand.
You know I feel as if it reallystarts with the culture, the
culture of the company, rightwhen we decided to, you know,
really start to market and brandthe company.

(01:23):
One of my jobs was to bringawareness to potential customers
and to give them a great, lasting and trusting impression
of our organization.
We were in the business ofcultivating a group of people
that believed in themselves andbelieve in the brand and what
they are trying to achieve, andwe could definitely go down to a

(01:47):
very deep rabbit hole when itcomes down to your brand not
just being your logo, but yourbrand being your team, your
tribe, your force that standsbehind you.
And when they're out in public, right Like, nothing makes my
heart happier than when I seethose that work with us, you

(02:08):
know, posting selfies orpictures of their family, and
their husband or their wives arewearing a TC backer hat or some
form of our brand or our logoin that photo.
Nothing seems to make my hearthappier when I see those kinds
of things.
But see, that's what people seeout there.

(02:29):
Right Like, your team has to bebought in, your team has to be
sold, and that's when brandawareness starts to take effect.
Right Like, it starts with yourteam internally and then it
kind of just like spreads outand then it becomes contagious.
Right, you are going to learnhow to, through leadership,
utilize your brand, create anomnipresence, stand the test of

(02:51):
time and take your business tothe next level.
