Beneath The Mask: A Mental Health Podcast Experience with your host, Aaron Sharma, aims to demystify the conversation around mental health, trauma and addiction. Your host IS a SURVIVOR. After silently living through the residual effects of childhood domestic abuse and childhood sexual abuse, facing his trauma and addictions to speaking his truth two decades later, he has discovered liberation and empowerment and has evolved from victim to owner. Your host has been featured in Toi Magazine, Helpful Living Magazine, Minding Your Mind podcast, and non-profit organizations such as Voices Beyond Assault, IkSahara Foundation and The Lotus Movement. Now your host speaks and advocates through the BTM podcast to instill hope and healing in those living in silence.The BTM podcast experience is a safe place free of judgment and discrimination. It provides a space for women and men from all walks of life to join your host to go beneath their masks to talk about their struggles with mental health, trauma and addiction. All in hopes to instill four simple words, “You are not alone.” So what are you waiting on? Sit back for some real-life storytelling through personal commentary and guest appearances, and tips on personal growth. Note: This podcast is not a replacement for mental health therapy.
