· Emosies is die deel van ons harte/siele waaroor ons die minste beheer het en is talle kere die oorsaak dat intieme verhoudings tot niet gaan.
· Die normale vloei is: denke beïnvloed emosies en emosies beïnvloed dade (Fil 4: 8, 9).
· Dade kan ook emosies beïnvloed: ons voel nie altyd ons weg oop tot goeie optrede nie. Nee, ons doen eerder goed wat lei tot goeie emosies (Gen 4: 7).

· Verduidelik hoe jou dade jou emosies kan verander.
