Welcome to the first episode of the Beyond Beauty Podcast with Nik Toth. I'm honored to have you listening. 

Today we're going to do things a little bit differently. I love breaking the rules, and since I thrive on authentic conversations, I decided to have my dear friend Vanessa Storm interview me so that you can get to know who I am, what this show is about, why I started this podcast, and where we're going.

I've been a weight loss expert for the past nine years supporting women on their holistic weight loss journey. I started this show because I wanted to make a difference in the transformation, particularly around body, self-image, and self-worth. 

I'm an NLP mindset coach, somatic educator, and healer, and I help women discover their value from within. And I love helping women find their authentic self-expression, increase their self-worth, and find that confidence that comes from within, not from the outside, not from how we look, not from how much we weigh, not how much we earn or do. 

Finding the inner value and confidence that radiates and is magnetic is what I'm passionate about helping women find!

My mission is to change women's mindsets around what they need to look like, how they should behave, and how they should express themselves in order to achieve true, authentic self-expression.
