Chaque typologie de climat, lorsqu’on y est exposé, peut s’insinuer dans notre corps et créer des désagréments.
Qui n’a jamais greloté en plein hiver ou ressenti trop chaud pendant la canicule ?
Qui a déjà senti le souffle du mistral ?
Qui s’est déjà senti lourd dans un pays tropical ?
Toutes ces sensations sont liées à des climats qui, en interagissant avec notre corps, se matérialisent par des symptômes (mal de tête, nausée, diarrhée, lourdeur, mucosités…)
En rentrant dans notre corps, chaque climat devient interne.
Pour parler de ces fameux symptômes en médecine traditionnelle chinoise, on dira donc qu’il s’agit d’un froid interne ou d’une chaleur interne…
Comme pour exprimer l’existence d’une influence climatique sur notre physiologie.
Alors oui, on peut s’adapter, renforcer son immunité au contact des différents climats mais il est bon de savoir quelles influences ils ont sur nous pour savoir quoi faire et comment se protéger de ces d’eux.

The Brothers Ortiz
The Brothers Ortiz is the story of two brothers–both successful, but in very different ways.
