So you're probably here todaybecause you feel stuck in what
you're doing now and I just wantto say first of all, that my
heart really goes out to you.
It it's such a hard place to be.
So your food, your, your bodyand your relationship with food

(02:48):
and food it's just always onyour mind.
It's always on your mind and,in turn, you just can't stop
obsessing and it steals so muchenergy.
You're constantly working tofeel better about, about your
body.
It's a full-time job and you'rejust so ready to quit, but you
can't.
You spend a lot of your timeresearching the next right diet
or miracle solution that willfinally change your life and

(03:12):
give you body and foodconfidence.
You have no trust in food.
You have no trust in your body.
You have tried everything togain that trust and to gain that
confidence and know how to eatand to feel good about your body
, but you're starting to feelhopeless.
You keep quote unquote failingthese diets.

(03:33):
Your life, your plans, yourgoals are on hold for when you
are finally able to acquire yourquote unquote ideal body and
you are ready to start living, you're ready to start living
with more ease and freedom.
And stop putting these thingson hold.
Your days feel the same.

(03:53):
It's where you're stuck in thislike never ending loop.
You wake up and there they are, those food and body image
thoughts that you just can'tshake and your day revolves
around them.
You don't know how to eat, youcan't stop binging, you can't
just let yourself eat normallyor eat without guilt.
You're analyzing all yourchoices and your body image is

(04:14):
just not good.
It's overwhelming.
And no matter what you do andno matter what your body looks
like, you still don't like it.
You might even hate it.
You're constantly body checking, jumping on the scale.
You have complete distrust withit and you feel this way
because you are conditioned thisway.
It's not your fault.

(04:34):
We are fed all these messagesabout food freedom and body
confidence and how they're goingto be attained through diets,
through tracking, throughgaining control, keeping foods
out of the house, keeping yourbody in check.
We are told food and body arenot to be trusted, and it
infuriates me.
And we're told that if we doall of these things, then we're

(04:57):
going to be happy, we're goingto acquire our ideal body and
therefore our ideal life.
But I am here to tell you todaythat you can break free of this
.
You can break free from thechains of dieting, from the
chains of feeling out of control, distrusting food, body
checking and body shame, becauseI wholeheartedly believe that

(05:17):
you can have a life where you, your body and food are friends
good friends.
I believe you can get to aplace where you have a
stress-free relationship.
Your body and food are friends, good friends.
I believe you can get to aplace where you have a
stress-free relationship withboth, where you are thriving in
those relationships, with energyfreed up to things you really

(05:38):
care about and all of yourvalues and the life you want.
So I'm going to teach you all ofthat today.
You are going to learn thatbody and food freedom is there
for you, that full recovery frombody image distress that comes
along with disordered eating, eating disorders and chronic
dieting is fully possiblewithout the external rules,

(05:59):
without eating, saying that youcan't eat the foods you love,
without shrinking and hidingyour body.
I don't want people to tell youany different.
You should not feel stuck.
You should not feel like aslave to food and body and shame
doesn't belong as part of thoserelationships.
They should be filled withhealth, filled with happiness,
filled with joy, intuition andfreedom.

(06:20):
You shouldn't be stuck in thatpseudo recovery.
You're going to learn that thisis not a you problem.
You are not broken.
I hear this so often.
I hear, well, it's just not forme, I just can't do this, it's
not meant for me, no, you havebeen just given all the wrong
advice.
It's not your fault, and it'sleading you and has led you to

(06:43):
be stuck in this negative cyclicexperience where you are having
the same experiences over andover again and you haven't heard
about or attempted what I'mgoing to share with you today

(07:05):
that you're going to learn whyyou haven't been able to change
how you feel about your body, despite all your hard work, all
of that energy and all theattempts.
You're going to learn thatmotivation and discipline were
never, ever the problem and thatbelief is being sold to you.
What you are going to learn isgoing to open up your mind and
save you so much time, energyand heartbreak, I promise you
and I am so excited for you.

(07:26):
So this is for you.
If food and body is just alwayson your mind, it's literally the
thing that takes up all yourenergy and mental space, or too
much of it, really, really, even10% is too much of it If it's
this, if it's stressful, soanyways, even 10% is too much of

(07:47):
it.
If it's stressful, so anyways, this is for you.
If you feel super confused andout of control and so, therefore
, you just obsess about itbecause you're confused and
you're constantly trying tofigure it out, and this is for
you.
If you go back and forth withthis all or nothing thinking due
to the stress of it all, yourbrain only has so much room and
we got to get that out.
Okay, this is for you.

(08:08):
If you're ready to clear outthat stuff, if you're ready to
clear out your brain, yourenergy and your and your life,
so you can open it up to so muchmore.
And what is so cool is thatwhat it does is it gives you
your life back.
By by achieving food and bodyimage freedom, you get your life
back because it is taking toomuch of your life up and until

(08:30):
you address it, it will continueto do that.
So if you're so ready to feeltrusting and happy and have a
good relationship with thesethings, I'm going to help you.
So who am I talking to youright now?
My name is Jamie.
I'm a registered dietitian,nutritionist, medical nutrition
therapist, licensed dietitianeducator, disordered eating and

(08:53):
body image specialist andfounder of a group practice of
dietitians who help people intheir eating disorder and body
image recovery.
I'm also a wife, a mom, ateacher, a leader, the helper of
the family, lover of animals, outdoors and all things,
learning and creating.
I used to battle an eatingdisorder and had severe body
image issues that reallyconsumed every thought and

(09:15):
action and it really stole a lotof my life.
I was constantly burdened, terrified of food and struggled
to accept my body, and then Iwent through my own
transformative journey anddedicated myself to the work
that I needed to do for myself.
I applied the tools, education, behaviors and hard work that I

(09:35):
will share with you today andthat I walk clients through.
This stuff.
That completely has changed mylife.
My relationship with food andbody is now stress-free,
trusting and loving, and that'ssomething I never thought I
would be able to figure out atone point, and I'm so glad I did
and I'm so glad I can helpothers now.

(09:56):
So my own journey and, moreover, through helping my clients
over the years to help them tosee their way to freedom, I
became more and more passionateand determined to help as many
as I can on their journey.
And I'm just obsessed and Iwant to scream from the rooftops
that everyone can have this.
Everyone can be here too.

(10:19):
I struggled for quite some timewith disordered eating and
eating disorders.
For quite some time withdisordered eating and eating
disorders, restriction, bingeeating, hiding my body, constant
body checking, body checking.
You know how it is.
It's terrible.
And for half of those years Iwas in pseudo recovery what I
call pseudo recovery, whichreally sucks because it was
where I was not completely inrecovery and still about 70% of

(10:42):
my energy was given to food andbody and it just sucked up too
much of my life.
But I didn't know there wasmore, I didn't know there was a
better place for me, I didn'trealize that there was support,
I didn't realize that this was aproblem and, of course, it
scared me.
It scared me that I thought itwould keep stealing my life and
it would seep into my daughter'slife, that it would affect my

(11:02):
relationships and, just moreimportantly, it would takep into
my daughter's life, that itwould affect my relationships
and, just more importantly, itwould take away every like, just
the day-to-day importantmoments and hold me back from
actually living.
But I went through it and itwas the best thing I could ever
have done.
I have freedom and joy in myrelationship with food and body
and and therefore in my life, mydaughter is so body positive

(11:23):
and has a stress relationshipwith her body and she's a teen
and, yeah, just all the things.
So my journey, althoughstealing so much of my life, I
am so grateful for that strugglebecause it opened up
opportunities to guideindividuals through healing from
eating disorders, disorderedeating, body image struggles,
chronic dieting.
It has pushed me to create thesupport I wish I had.

(11:45):
I can honestly, almost cry justtalking right now thinking
about this.
So, as I mentioned, I formed ateam of 12 professionals and
together we established a grouppractice where we provide
support to those seeking solaceand understanding.
And as grateful as I am for mygroup practice and all we're
able to do, I have dreamt of adifferent and unique way of

(12:07):
helping others, one I don't seebeing done really at all Putting
all that there is in healingfood and body image into one
place.
With this, with thestep-by-step roadmap, all
inclusive support to makerecovery and the pursuit of full
freedom, freedom moreaccessible, all in one place,
quicker.
I dreamt of creating a programthat would reach more people,

(12:33):
foster an environment whereindividuals would have
camaraderie, understanding andthat support needed, where
people can go at their own pacein the comfort of their own home
and have an immense amount ofeducation at their fingerprints
to help fingertips to help themto be successful.
I jumped up creating what Iwish I had and what I know now,

(12:54):
and it would have saved me yearsof my life.
So that's what I did.
I created this and I'm soexcited to share it with you
today the system that helped meand my and my clients, and how
we all have been able to stopputting life on hold, to start
trusting, to be morecompassionate and respectful and
have a more life givingrelationship with food and body,

(13:16):
because you can't leave anystone unturned on this journey.
Really, that's what I'velearned time and time again with
myself and with my clients, cause when you do that and you
don't address everything foodand body and the complexities of
it you're at risk for fallingback into the throes of
disordered eating and body shame, and you're at risk for not
getting a hundred percent ofyour life back, but maybe, only,

(13:38):
maybe, only 20% or 30 or 50.
And both are miserable.
They're all, it's all miserable.
So I saw what could be done andI did it and I realized that
creating this program that Ihave created, this safe Haven,
this, this thing that I alwayswanted, where people can arrive
at the finish line of food andbody image freedom and with this

(14:03):
my clients are able to stopbinging completely, throw the
scale out, keep all foods in thehouse, stop obsessing and love
their body.
I'm just so obsessed with itbecause it really sets people
free and they can stop the diets, they can stop these behaviors
built on external rules.
No shame in doing this work.
I have seen clients body imagedistress and food distress go

(14:27):
down as their body image, confidence and their food
freedom increase, and it's, it'sjust so great.
I'm so, I feel so grateful forit and I'm so glad you're here
so I can share it with you.
I just hate that people's lifeis stuck in this pie chart where
most of your life is body imageand food and all the distress

(14:50):
that comes up it comes with it,leaving you very little of that
pie chart of life to do what youwant with it.
I want you to decide what thatlooks like and until we get rid
of food, your food and bodyimage distress.
We can't fill our pie chartbecause we don't have any space,
and you deserve for your piechart to look like how you want

(15:11):
it to look.
So this is for you.
If you're so ready to give updieting, distressing body image
thoughts, the scale, all thatmisery.
If you're ready to stopcanceling plans, dates, fun,
activities all due to poor bodyimage or not knowing how to eat.
If you're so ready to stopcomparing yourself to others,

(15:32):
others' ways of eating, theirways of exercise, others' bodies
.
I'm a firm believer that we canhave all foods in the house,
that you can have intimacy withyour partner and not hide your
body, that we cannot holdourselves, that you don't have
to hold yourself back fromrelationships, outings, hobbies,

(15:58):
big goals hiding.
I believe you can have that.
I believe you don't need ascale.
I believe you can be your ownbest nutritionist and the expert
of your own body.
Be your own best nutritionistand the expert of your own body.
So in case you're already reallyeager to learn more, I do have
a bonus training that's not onlygoing to walk through my proven
five-part system to body loveand food freedom, without diets,
body obsession or weight shame, but also in this training, I

(16:20):
share how my team and I can getyou started where we're able to
provide you that tailoredsupport and how, and to get you
to you started where we're ableto provide you that tailored
support and how, and to get youto a place where you know how to
eat, you enjoy food and youlove your body.
So, just in case you're readyto just do the damn thing, after
listening for a few minutes, this resonates with you.
You've been waiting for this, you feel like I would be a good
fit for you and you just want todo this already.

(16:42):
You can go ahead and apply withthe link below at any time, and
I would just love to have youapply and hear from you.
So, anyways, let's talk aboutwhat we're doing right now, what
we are being told.
To get body confidence, to getfood freedom, we are told we
need to make our body theproject rather than our life.
We need to put our energy intomaking our body the project.

(17:05):
We need to shrink, we need tohide our body.
We are told it's our fault thatthe 18th diet attempt didn't
work, that it's not the diet'sfault, it's our fault, we're
told.
We just need to try fasting, keto tracking, this diet pill
cut foods completely out.

(17:25):
We're told that we just failedand we need to try a new diet.
We just haven't found the rightdiet yet we're told we need to
try this magic fix.
We are told that we are theproblem, our body is the problem
, our self-control is theproblem.
Shame, shame, shame.
We're told we just need morewillpower.
We're told we need to give upthe pleasures and joy in life,

(17:47):
like rest and enjoying food.
We're told that we will not belovable in our here and now
bodies.
We're told we can't have theideal life of ours without this
quote unquote ideal body.
So of course we keep trying.
Of course we don't want to giveup on ourselves.
We don't want to give up onthese, these ideals, these goals

(18:10):
.
How else are we going to reacha place with food and body where
we can feel free?
We don't want to be trapped inthis forever.
So we keep trying what we'rebeing told.
So we continue this and we arein this vicious cycle of
distrusting our body, thisvicious cycle of dieting, and
it's really just this hamsterwheel.
We try a diet to feel betterand initially we have progress

(18:33):
quote unquote progress andweight loss.
And then what happens?
Is it plateaus, or we havesetbacks in that, in that quote,
unquote progress, which leads,of course, to frustration,
self-doubt, restriction, deprivation due to the cravings
binging, due to the cravingsbinging, due to the strict
dieting, because restrictionnever works.

(18:55):
It would have worked right Ifit.
If it works, it would haveworked your body.
Your body literally doeseverything to fight back against
it.
It does not know that you'restarving it intentionally with
this diet versus starvation, bybeing stranded on the desert, it
aims to fight for food and tofight for you.
You stand no chance againstyour body.

(19:16):
So, anyways, so there's binging, feeling out of control, and of
course, this brings a lot ofemotional distress and negative
self image, confusion.
And then we, we abandoned thediet due to this physical and
emotional toll and this feelingof failure.
And we awake, we have weightregain, plus more feelings of
failure, just more baggage.

(19:37):
And then it just repeats as wetry, as we attempt this new
product, new diet, new quote, unquote lifestyle, it just
doesn't work and what we end upwith is a lot of baggage.
We don't have somethingsustainable.
We never got these falsepromises that we paid for, plus
some baggage.
We still very much or more oftencompare our bodies to others

(20:01):
and compare our behaviors toeveryone around us because we're
more confused and we're moreobsessed with food in our body
and diets.
We're still unable to, andwe're still.
We still don't have thateducation or understanding of
how to appropriately,respectfully and compassionately
respond to our body, take careof it.
Take care of it with food.
We still don't have trust inour bodies, body image, thoughts

(20:25):
still take up so much of ourmind and food takes up so much
space and if our body changes,it still never feels good enough
and it's not lasting.
Research has found that, onaverage, 95% of diets fail and
95% of dieters regain the weightthey had lost within one year.

(20:46):
This is called weight cyclingor yo-yo dieting.
There are several factors thatcontribute to this.
We're just.
We're not going to go into hugedetail on it, but some of those
are slowed metabolism, hormonalchanges, psychological factors
like a growing harmfulrelationship with food and
distrust with it.
Lack, lack of sustainablechanges, inescapable

(21:06):
environmental and socialinfluences that that caused us
to quote unquote fail right.
This one's.
This one's funny to me becauseenvironmental and social
influences, like social events, family gatherings those should
not cause us to fail.
We are.
We want those things in ourlife.
We shouldn't be avoiding them.
So these just do not fix theroot problems and they create

(21:28):
more, more problems, and it'sjust absolutely missing the mark
completely in making thingswork.
Even in those good heartedprograms, they still don't have
it all and they're missing themark about root problems, mental
health and the complexities ofyour relationship with food and
body and all the ins and outsthat need to be explored.

(21:49):
So, anyways, why are we beingtold this?
Why are we being fed this whenit's so, when it's so awful and
it doesn't work?
This, this is like a revolvingdoor and it's meant to be a
revolving door.
That is how the business isbuilt.
This unsustainable productkeeps us stuck in this with this
no long-term, with no long-termsolutions, really stealing our

(22:12):
joy.
And we are told this because ofprofit, because of societal
norms, creating misunderstanding, biases, fear, fear around food
and body.
A not so fun fact I want toshare with you is that the diet
industry is worth over $60billion, largely due to the 95%
failure rates that I justexplained of these diets.

(22:34):
Diet culture is this neverending cycle of promises and
disappointments, making makingbig claims about quick and
lasting results and it actuallythrives on these empty promises
and constant disappointment, profiting from the never ending
uh, the never ending search forthese results, for these quick
results, feeding off your shame, and they trap you in this

(22:54):
vicious loop, always searchingfor the next fix.
Diet cultures, constantletdowns, actually help it
thrive.
It's a good business modelbecause it creates repeated
customers, but it's an evilbusiness and none of these work
and you should be pissed offabout this.
You should get pissed, get mad, demand better.
We write it down.

(23:16):
Okay, so let's talk about somemyths and misconceptions about
where we want to go and whatwe're told.
Okay, so we are told that if wechange our body, we can change
our body image, and that's whatbody image work work is.
But this idea that change yourbody, change your body image, um
, and that altering one'sphysical appearance where will

(23:39):
automatically lead to a positiverelationship with your body,
that is false because in reality, body image is complex.
I work with so many people onbody image.
Changing their body does notwork.
Body image is super complex,it's multifaceted and it
encompasses so much more thanphysical appearance.
It requires body image work.

(24:00):
Okay, body image to heal bodyimage requires body image work,
not changing your body.
Research constantly shows thatindividuals body weight does not
correlate with their level ofbody satisfaction or self-esteem
.
People of all different shapes, sizes love, hate and feel all
the ways in between about theirbody.
Identical twins can havecompletely different

(24:23):
relationships with their body, despite them looking the same.
One can hate their body andhave a super horrible
relationship with it, and someand the other one can have a
very loving relationship with itand love their body and have
body confidence.
So that proves that wrong.
In just so many experiences Ihave been through myself and
with clients prove that to bewrong.
True body image work goesbeyond physical appearance.

(24:45):
It focuses on so much more, somuch about your relationship
with your body and yourrelationship with food, both
very complex issues and notquick fixes If you want
long-term results.
The next myth food freedom comesfrom being able to be in
control of food and have thatwillpower.
Hello, if that were true, wewould be there, and yet no one

(25:07):
has gotten that quote unquotewillpower down.
Have they, your body will winevery time against willpower.
Thank God that is a good thing.
You have to address the rootcauses and do things differently
and actually heal yourrelationship with food and build
trust with food.
And that takes a lot of work, that takes work, that takes
doing things differently.
And lastly, this myth that itis not possible to have this

(25:33):
ideal, intuitive, trusting,compassionate relationship with
food and your body, that youneed to always be on the lookout
and manage them False.
Did it?
Done it with others, donepossible.
That is there for you.
Don't let these myths keep youstuck and continue to lie to you
.
Don't let that be you.
I don't want you to get stuck inpseudo recovery, because full

(25:54):
recovery from binge eating, restrictive eating, food
distress, body image distressit's there for you, despite what
some may say and despite yourexperience so far.
And unfortunately, it is hardto escape your experience
because the, the, or even gettrapped in that in the first
place, because we live in dietculture.
It's everywhere.

(26:14):
So of course we're superconfused and it makes sense to
be confused.
So society bombards us withmixed messaging, encouraging
quote unquote healthy, eveneating and and quote unquote
recovery, while promotingdisordered eating and body
dissatisfaction at the exactsame time.
And I'm going to give you someexamples of this and what they
say.
They say, hey, recover, butdon't get too cozy and don't get

(26:38):
caught off guard.
Or hey, stop those eatingdisorder behaviors but continue
those diets.
Hey, love your body, but onlyif it looks like this.
I'm here to scream from therooftops that you don't have to
be stuck here and you can go tothis place.
That feels really good andfeels free.
I want you to know that's therefor you, that is a possibility.

(27:00):
I want you to continue movingforward fully to the finish line
, because that is where freedomis at.
If you take anything away fromtoday, it is that open up your
mind back to that possibility, because it is their full
recoveries within your grasp.
There's so much waiting for you.
I don't want you to settle.
With the right prescription, the right plan of action, doing

(27:23):
this right, you can live thislife that is free, without
constant body assessment, bodychecking, no more diets that
don't work, no more punishingyourself at the gym.
You can be on the same team asyour body, and that feels so
good.
You can focus on anything andeverything else, everything and

(27:43):
everything else other than bodyimage and food, and stop
spending 95% of your life tryingto weigh 5% less.
You can take your power backand go after your dreams
unchained and grounded, becauseyou're no longer in the shackles
of food distrust and body imagedistress and you can be the

(28:04):
expert of your own body.
The truth behind body image isthat to fix your relationship
with food and body, you cannotdo this with shame and fear with
you versus your body, withmethods of distrust like dieting
and external rules, becausewhat it's going to do is just

(28:25):
lead to more of that.
It's going to lead to moreshame, distrust and fear in your
relationship with food and body.
That is not the correctfoundation.
That is not the thing that we.
It's not going to get us there.
It's just going to get us moreof shame and fear.
Another truth is that true foodand body image freedom is just
not a quick fix.
It's not going to be found inthis magic cure you're being

(28:49):
sold.
It is not going to be found bybeing told to you by someone
else with these external rolesand diets, and it's just not a
miracle solution.
The nature of body image work iscomplex, it's nonlinear, it's
messy.
You're the nature of food workwith your relationship with food
.
It's complex, it's nonlinearand messy and it's not this

(29:10):
quick fix being sold to you.
But it is absolutely possibleand I love seeing people through
it.
It's just amazing.
I feel so grateful.
Body image and food freedom.
It's just not what we're told.
It's not that tip of theiceberg that we're being sold
with diets.
It is so much more underneaththat iceberg that needs to be

(29:31):
addressed and is there for youto filter through, to move
through, to leave no stoneunturned and to finally conquer
it.
You have tried, essentially, alot of the same things so far,
so you've put a lot of energyinto it and tried quote unquote,
different things, butessentially it's the same thing
these rigid and restrictivediets, these shaming tactics,

(29:53):
shaming your body intosubmission, into submission,
controlling food.
But we're not controlling foodhere, it's controlling us.
What does this really do for us?
We really need to get honest onwhere this journey has brought
us or we're gonna keep goingdown the same path.
We have to get honest withourselves and open up our eyes.
Our body doesn't know how todiet or to handle restriction.

(30:17):
Because we are on the same team.
It doesn't wanna be shamed.
We need to work together.
All you get from these diets, all you get from this distrust,
is more distrust, distrust, disconnection, a slowed
metabolism, weight regain, notknowing how the heck to feed

(30:40):
your own body and body hate.
There's so much science behindall of this, but I really want
you to sit with your experienceright now and ask yourself what
is your truth?
What is my experience so far?
You don't need another persontelling you what to do or what
your experience is.
I want you to ask yourselvesright now.
We aren't settling If you stillfeel overwhelmed and trapped in
food and body image thoughts.
You aren't there yet.

(31:00):
You deserve to keep going.
We just don't want to settle.
It goes for the same thing, likeour, our personal relationships
.
If we settle in our personalrelationships, it leads to the
same thing, as settling in ourrelationship with food and body
leads to disappointment andfrustration, strain and conflict
, lack of intimacy andconnection, diminished

(31:22):
self-esteem, decreasedrelationship dissatisfaction or
decreased relationshipsatisfaction.
So what is the point ofsettling?
What is the point of settingourselves up for failure and
unintentionally andunconsciously choosing more
suffering?
I want to show you how you canbe free, how you can be

(31:42):
empowered in your relationshipwith food and body and leave
this once and leave this behindonce and for all.
I want to show you how to eatintuitively, with joy and trust.
I want to show you how to loveyour body.
I want to show you how to takeyour life and energy back from
those chains of food distrustand body distrust.

(32:03):
You need something that actuallygets you there, that is for you
, that gets you across thatfinish line.
Race over time to celebrate.
Don't accept the struggle andthese lies as the end game and
the final chapter of your story.
This is not where your storyends.
Don't accept this as truth.
The truth is that you just havebeen misguided, trying your

(32:24):
damnedest and haven't had thatopportunity yet.
So if this is you, if you areso ready to feel worthy,
comfortable, confident in yourrelationship with food and body
and you're ready to reach fullrecovery, if you really want
this, but you just haven't hadthat aligning opportunity that
has worked yet, if you are readyto go out in the world

(32:45):
confidently pursue those goals, passions, those relationships
and be present in every moment, and you want to do things
differently, then this is foryou and you need to come today
too.
If you have resonated with that.
We're going to talk about howto do this, the right way to
finally be free, and I'm goingto be giving you the

(33:09):
step-by-step roadmap to leavenegative food and body image,
thoughts and behaviors behindonce and for all and finally
live with trust and compassionfor your body and open up your
life for what is meant for you.
So day two we're going over theroadmap.
I cannot wait to see you there.
I will see you soon.
Oh my goodness, welcome to theroadmap.
I cannot wait to see you there.
I will see you soon.
Oh my goodness, welcome todaytoo.
I am so excited.
I am so excited to show youthis roadmap.
We are going to be walkingtogether today through the

(33:32):
step-by-step roadmap to leavenegative food and body image,
thoughts and behaviors behindonce and for all, and it's going
to change your life.
It's what I use, it's what myclients use to reach full food
and body image freedom, to stopbinging, to throw out the scale,
to keep all the foods in thehouse, to stop obsessing and to
just love their body and theirreflection.

(33:53):
So I can't wait.
Let's dive into this roadmap.
Okay, so in day one, wediscussed the old way, what we
were taught, what we are beingfed and all the messages
surrounding this constantly, dayin and day out.
That we need to make our bodythe project rather than our life
.
That it's our fault that the18th diet attempt didn't work.

(34:15):
It's not the diet's fault, wejust need to try something
different.
We haven't found the right diet.
We need to fast try keto.
Haven't found the right diet.
We need to fast try keto track.
Cut foods completely and if wefailed again, it's our fault.
Try this new pill, try this newproduct.
We're told we need to give uppleasures and joy of life and we
just can't trust food in ourbody.

(34:35):
We need that magic fix to helpus be the expert and to listen
to these experts rather than bethe expert of our own body.
And the problem, of course, isthat this old way has led us to
be where we are now completelyobsessed, exhausted, not present
, binging, not able to havefoods in the house, having to

(34:57):
say no and cancel plans, havingno idea how to feed our body,
have a hugely distrustingrelationship with food in our
body and to have an immenseamount of body distress, just
not liking our body and notknowing how to be comfortable in
our body.
We've tried everything and havefelt defeated, wasted time.

(35:18):
We've regained the weight back,we are binging more, we feel
more out of control and moreconfused.
I have been there and this isjust so hard to be stuck here
while you are trying so hard, and it was just so hard to feel
like I didn't know what to do,and so my heart really goes out
to you.
So you're probably thinkingthat you can't be fixed and that

(35:42):
is just not the case.
What is the cases that you arejust on this vicious cycle, this
vicious dieting cycle, thishamster wheel of body distrust,
where you're trying to diet tofeel better.
You get initial quote, unquoteprogress or weight loss, but it
plateaus setbacks, there'sfrustration, more, more binging

(36:06):
due to the restriction You're.
You're blaming yourself forfailing the diet.
You have so much emotionaldistress around it and so you
try again and you just continuethis hamster wheel and it does
not work that old way, the wayyou are attempting to build food
and body image freedom rightnow.
It doesn't work and you need anew plan.

(36:27):
And I'm guessing you are herebecause you know you need a new
plan and what you're doingdoesn't work and you are ready
and you feel so fed up.
You need a new plan.
You need something that'sindividualized, that's for you,
something that's sustainable togive you long lasting results,
something that is made for you, with you in mind and doesn't's
for you.
Something that's sustainable,to give you long lasting results
, something that is made for you, with you in mind and doesn't

(36:51):
feed on you, but that sets youfree and opens up your life to
so much more.
You need something for you as awhole person, with your unique
body, with your uniquerelationship with food, your
body deserving of respect andcompassion.
You need something where youare set free, where you wake up
with a renewed sense of bodyconfidence, shedding the burden
of self-doubt and judgment, where you fearlessly pursue your

(37:13):
goals, your dreams, and you'reunburdened by this relentless,
constant stream of body imageand food thoughts.
You need a relationship withfood where you enjoy food, you
know how to listen to your body, you know how to eat thoughts.
You need a relationship withfood where you enjoy food, you
know how to listen to your body, you know how to eat intuitively
, you know how to honor its cuesand trust it through and
through.
You need to have a relationshipwith food in your body where

(37:35):
your relationships can thriveand you can be fully present and
engaged in every moment of yourlife.
I want this for you, and the oldway ain't going to cut it.
It's not going to get the getyou there.
You need a new way.
So this is what I want to showyou today and is what the plan
that my clients have implementedthat have gotten them through

(37:58):
all the way to food and bodyimage freedom and compassion.
And this is called the truefood and body image freedom
method for everybody, and solet's talk about it today.
It's a three pillar and fivephase system.
In the first pillar, this iswhere we recognize, reflect and
rewire.
We jump right into the deepwork by doing a really deep dive

(38:22):
in your body image journey sofar, your thoughts, your beliefs
about your body all that areunconsciously guiding and
impacting your relationship withyour body and how this impacts
your relationship with yourself.
So we do a lot of thoroughinvestigation, assessment and
reflection and we need to firstcreate a roadmap and this like
compass for you in this programto help you move forward and

(38:43):
what you can use to help youmove forward and to guide you in
a way that aligns with yourvalues and your goals, with
practices of acceptance andcompassion, and this is really a
must to a solid foundation ofour months together, working
together and for the rest ofyour journey as well.
So in pillar one.
There's two phases.
I'm going to go really brieflythrough these.
If you go through my bonustraining, you'll learn more,

(39:06):
which you will get if you apply.
I'll talk more about that later, but I'm just going to go
briefly through these phases.
In phase one, we're reallysetting the groundwork and
building this vital foundationfor a healthy relationship with
food and body.
You're going to grasp the coreprinciples of the program.
You're going to learn about thesupport.
You're going to align the goalsof the program with your own

(39:27):
aspirations and personal goalsand assess where you are at now.
We're going to create a safespace for exploration and
learning, outlining what liesahead and ensuring your
well-being.
We're going to go over all thebonus therapeutic tools in our
toolbox of the program and we'regoing to have some guest
therapy work here to help guideyou through some different

(39:47):
techniques that are going tohelp you throughout the program.
We're going to assess readinessfor change and all these
domains that we're going to gothrough when it comes to food
and body image.
So you know where you're at inevery different aspect.
This phase doesn't just offerinformation, but it really
constructs a foundation for yourpersonal growth and your
guaranteed success in theprogram.
Now, in phase two, we're goingto deeply explore body image

(40:10):
what it is, what is body imagework?
What is body image?
What are our knowledge of itnow?
What's our education on it thusfar?
What are our expectations andintentions in body image work
and body image in this program?
What are our expectations andintentions in our relationship
with food?
Where are we there?
We're going to lay thefoundation for a profound shift

(40:32):
in our self-perception again toreally help guide us to where we
want to go and not lead usastray because we didn't create
this foundation that's so sturdyin the beginning.
So in phase two, we're going tonavigate your personal
expectations, clarify thestarting point, define the

(40:54):
complexities of body image, question the beliefs and the
significance of those beliefsthat you have now, where they
came from, walk through yourjourney thus far, engage with
the body image spectrum so wefully grasp the fluidity of it.
It's a crucial perspective formoving forward.
We're going to uncover yourcore values and do magic, wand
fantasies, map intentions andgoals to shape your path,

(41:15):
conduct a deep dive into yourrelationship with your body
image experiences and timeline, revealing body image's
multifaceted nature.
It's multifaceted nature.
Okay, in pillar two.
This is where we rebuild, rewire and repair.
Here's where the hard work andthe magic happens.
In pillar two, we startprocessing, understanding and

(41:41):
unlearning the current behaviorsand thoughts and beliefs, all
really impacting ourrelationship with food and our
relationship with our body.
That's holding us back in life.
And then, after we learn aboutthose and start to get rid of
those, we start relearning andrebuilding with new choices and
putting new behaviors intoaction.
So this is the phase wherewe're going to be putting our
new thoughts, beliefs intopractice and we're going to

(42:01):
practice, practice, practice.
We're going to be gettinguncomfortable with doing things
differently, choosing to dothings differently, grounded in
those decisions, after we havethoroughly understood and
explored the science, theexperiences thus far and where
you want to go, and we're goingto be getting different results.
We will be going through theresearch behind these new

(42:24):
practices, creating a plan thatis best for you, for where you
are.
We're gonna learn how to tuneinto your body.
We're gonna build body trust.
We're gonna understand foodwisdom and your wisdom.
We're gonna go throughnutrition education.
You're gonna find yourcompassionate self and start to
rebuild your relationship aroundbody and food with that,
promoting respect, understandingand trust.

(42:45):
We're gonna be saying goodbyeto distrusting our bodies,
goodbye to diets, goodbye tothose obsessive thoughts and
hello to body trust, bodyfreedom and body love.
And here in pillar two, whereall that work happens around
food, around body, around all ofthose behaviors, all that
education, all that science, this is where you really begin

(43:06):
to feel differently, feel like adifferent person, have
different behaviors.
All that education, all thatscience, this is where you
really begin to feel differently, feel like a different person,
have different behaviors andyour mind is just blown in this
pillar.
So in this pillar there's phasethree.
Again, I'm going to go reallyquickly over here, but this is
where we go through all theresearch and the intricate
landscape of what body image isand your body image, and what

(43:26):
food is in your relationshipwith food.
So we do a deep, deep, deepdive into the education, the
science, the history, theresearch.
We start breaking down andbuilding up all new beliefs,
behaviors centered around yourrelationship with food and body.
And, with the combination ofthis knowledge and building new
experiences and doing that work, choosing to let go of the old

(43:47):
behaviors after those arethoroughly explored.
This is where thetransformation happens.
And then the final pillar superimportant is going to be
strengthening, making sure we'resustaining and then celebrating
.
So this is what I call like thereplicate, reinforce and start
to relax pillar.

(44:08):
So here we begin to kind of sitback a little bit more.
We did a lot of heavy liftingin pillar two and with what we
got from pillar two we can comehere to pillar three with
newfound practices that aregoing to aid us with where we
are and we really want to honethose skills and also learn more
to about body image and food tosustain what we did.

(44:32):
So we're going to be pushingthrough those last pesky
barriers and those last hiddenbad body image behaviors, bad
food food behaviors, and we'regoing to be getting more
comfortable with theuncomfortable.
So all when we, when we createchange in pillar two right, it's
uncomfortable, it's change,it's something different, even
though we're choosing it.

(44:52):
When we do something different,we're rewiring.
It's going to be uncomfortable.
Don't worry, we're there tocheer you on every step of the
way and support you.
Huge, huge, huge part of itwhen they go and get stuff and
celebrate all the wins you startexperiencing as soon as you
enter.
But anyways, you're you in thispillar.
You are going to be gettingmore comfortable with the

(45:13):
uncomfortable, because you havepracticed, you have become more
grounded, you have moreexperiences, you have rewired
your brain and actually changeyour belief and thoughts and
you're and you're starting tosee all the benefits from these
changes.
So you're going to feel moregrounded in your relationship
with food and your relationshipwith body.
That is now built on trust, compassion and mutual respect.
And here's where we really turnthe corner.

(45:35):
And I love turning that cornerin pillar three because when you
turn the corner, you reallywhen you, when someone turns the
corner, that means they don'twant to turn back, and that is
what I see happening, becausethey're so grounded in it.
They have the education, theexperiences, the knowledge and
the support to be groundedenough and in a new place that
they didn't know they could gowhere they're like wow, I have

(45:58):
no reason or desire to turn backnow that I know what I know.
Okay, so in pillar three there'sgoing to be two phases phase
four and phase five.
In phase four, we celebrate thebody appreciation,
functionality, flexibility.
We're really embracing thatlasting transformation.
You'll begin to progress andsolidify all these newfound

(46:21):
practices.
You're going to confront theremaining barriers.
You're going to cultivatecomfort with this discomfort.
This really grounds you in ahealthier relationship with your
body.
We're going to do a socialmedia cleanup, go over beauty
concepts all of the start, practicing appreciation,
understanding and practicingfunctionality and flexibility.
And this phase really marks theturning point, as I mentioned,

(46:43):
where you truly start tointernalize and embrace this
transformed relationship withyour body and food, paving the
way for this lasting change.
And in phase five, where wewrap it up, this is where we are
going to go over the also everimportant conversation and topic
that I go over with my clientsall the time that I feel is so

(47:04):
mandatory for your relationshipwith food and body, which is
self-compassion.
We're going to go over themisconceptions, um, the current
practices, why it's so important, and we're going to start
practicing it and see ittransform.
Okay, so we're going to begoing over positive acceptance
what is inner beauty, what isbody compassion, self-compassion
, and this is the radiantculmination of your
transformative journey.

(47:24):
It's very empowering as we divedeep into nurturing those
things.
All right, so why are thesepillars also important?
I want to talk about thenecessity for all three pillars
and why I created the programthe way I did and didn't just
build the program on one ofthese programs.

(47:45):
They're all so, so essential.
The first part, so the firstpillar exploring mindset,
expectations and intentions isso important because you need to
recognize, reflect and rewire.
This is essential because it'sgonna create a foundation for
the entire program.

(48:06):
What it does is it buildsawareness, which is necessary to
understanding where youcurrently are.
It's going to help youunderstand your unconscious
patterns.
If you don't understand those,as you move, if you skip pillar
one and go into pillar two, those unconscious patterns are
going to guide you, and so weneed to explore those to reveal

(48:27):
these hidden influences on ourperception.
So we understand it thoroughlyand we don't we're not led
astray.
Okay, it's also very importantto personalize the program for
your unique needs.
We need to set the direction ofthe program to be aligned with
what you want, and we'rebuilding that solid base.
To be aligned with what youwant and we're building that

(48:50):
solid base.
Okay, this really as well, it'sgoing to create that long-term
impact by creating thatfoundation that goes beyond the
program, because you're ensuringthat your progress is going to
start from the beginning assomething that's aligning,
sustainable, that you're awareof, that you have the knowledge,
for that's going to be able totransform your relationship with
food and body.

(49:10):
So, so essential.
It's the next pillar relearn, rebuild and repair.
It cannot be skipped, of course.
I mean this goes.
I don't even know if I need totalk about this.
This drives the profound change.
Once you have that foundation, then you have the ability and
the tools to start unlearningthese old patterns that are

(49:30):
hindering progress and establishthese new, positive habits.
This is where you are, just youare I don't want to say
bombarded, that's like anegative word but you really are
just filled with all of thisnewfound information and you're
giving all the new tools and wego through all the new practices
and activities to startestablishing new, a new

(49:54):
relationship with food and body.
This demands action andconsistent practice.
It offers research backpractices, creates a
personalized plan for you.
You develop that awareness inthose behaviors, you start to
build body trust.
Oh, my goodness, how freakingawesome is that.
It starts to initiate thisliberating shift from these
harmful behaviors and reallysets the stage for all of this

(50:16):
change.
So it's really pivotal.
This is super important pillarthat cannot be skipped because,
of course, it facilitates thisdeep change, empowers a and
establishes this healthyrelationship with food and body.
Skipping of this would depriveyou of essentially the process
needing for that lastingtransformation.

(50:37):
Okay, and finally, strengthening, sustaining and celebrate.
We don't have anything if wecan't sustain it.
Right, why do phase one andphase two if we're going to skip
phase three?
This builds on our previousprogress.
It addresses the lingeringbarriers and behaviors that can
pull us back to our old way.

(50:57):
It challenges you to overcomethe discomfort and actually
become comfortable with it again, which really grounds you in
the trust in your new behaviors, the comfort in your new
behaviors, your belief in thenew behaviors.
It strengthens your trust, yourself-compassion and it makes a
significant turning point.

(51:17):
Like I said, it's not untilpillar three where we can really
turn the corner, because of allthe practice, because of
ironing out all the last steps, where you feel like, all right,
this is, this is, I don't wantto go back now.
It enhances mutual respect foryour relationship with your body
and food, and pillar threeallows for more relaxation and

(51:38):
more grounding and this ensuresthat your efforts, all of these
efforts, translate into lastingtransformation and a healthy
relationship with food and body, far beyond the program.
Okay, this step is crucial forbuilding progress, addressing
remaining challenges, establishing a strong and solid
relationship and if you, and ofcourse, skipping this is going

(52:01):
to hinder the consolidation ofall your efforts and prevent you
from fully embracing thatfinish line and 100% of those
changes, and of course we don'twant that.
So, all really, reallyimportant.
So, now that we concluded andchatted about what is in the
program, I want you to askyourself is what I have been

(52:24):
doing?
Is it working for me?
Where is it taking me, if Ihave these two paths ahead, to
either continue what I want todo or try something different?
And I'm at a fork in the road.
Let me actually envision andwalk myself down those two
different paths.
We must truly look at thischoice and look at both paths
and open our eyes up to therealities of where the paths

(52:47):
have brought us and therealities of choosing one over
the other.
And that path to true food andbody image, freedom for everyone
, that is the path I want you totake.
I want you to get to the finishline, open your life up to more
and stop just being a slave tothe distressing, distressing,

(53:08):
distressing relationship withfood and body.
It, it, it steals so much joy,it, I mean, so near and dear to
my heart, having experienced it.
Having gone through thisjourney with so many folks, I
don't want this to be your.
I don't want your finish line, that last chapter, to be
continuing that distressful,distressing path.

(53:31):
I why can't I pronounce thattoday?
I don't know.
Anyways, I want to invite youto apply to the program true
food and body image freedom.
The benefits of this program isthat, once and for all, you're
going to have that trust, understanding in your
relationship with food and body, where you can just love your
life, love those relationships, move forward with your

(53:54):
relationships that have been puton hold, your career, your
hobbies, all that time andenergy spent with your
relationship with food and body.
In this program you can healand overcome once and for all.
You can befriend and even loveyour body.
You can trust food and you cantake your damn life back.
What's the problem is is that wethink we need something that we

(54:18):
don't really need and we don'treally look at what we really
want.
We think we need a differentbody, but really we need comfort
to find comfort and confidencein our body.
We think we need a diet totrust.
Really we need comfort to findcomfort and confidence in our
body.
We think we need a diet totrust, but really we need to be
able to trust ourselves andactually be educated with
appropriate actual science andresearch around diets, food,

(54:39):
nutrition, our body weight size, all of that stuff Okay, which
which is in the program.
We think we need rules anddiscipline, but we need
understanding.
We need to build a trustingrelationship with our food and
body and go through thecomplexities of gaining that
back.
We think we need control, butwe actually need freedom.
So we don't feel like we needto control and I wanna help you

(55:03):
find this, because with lessanxiety and confidence around
food in your body, you get lessanxiety and you get more
confidence and joy in your life.
I want to help you find freedomfrom dieting, compulsive
exercise and rigid rules, because I know it's going to
bring you flexibility andfreedom in your life and make
room for more meaningful things.
And I want to help you find nomore obsession no more diets,

(55:25):
rigid exercise, no moreobsession over body, because I
know it has the ability to openthe doors to experience all that
is meant for you in life.
You have already spent so muchtime on the things that didn't
work, and here's what I need youto know.
I need you to know that Ireally don't want you putting
these pieces together forever.
It took me years and years, andyears, and years and years to

(55:47):
find these pieces and put themall together, so that I didn't
