Jeff jumped into the trades after high school in the electrical field, but soon got started in HVAC. He worked his way up the ladder in the industry from helper to tech to COO and even had ownership in companies as well. So he has truly seen all sides of the industry.

Which led him to where he is today, helping people learn and grow as blue collar professionals and business owners.
