Whether it’s spending time in nature, journaling, or connecting with friends, these little things can really make a difference.Minimizing anxiety is also a big theme in my life. I’ll share how setting boundaries and saying no when necessary has helped me. It’s hard to prioritize ourselves sometimes, but it’s so important for our mental health. I’ll talk about how I learned to listen to my body and mind and what that looks like in practice.This video is all about being open and honest about my experiences with anxiety.
