When I first started thispodcast, my goal was simple make

I wanted to help everydaypeople students, professionals,

When I first launched thispodcast, it was really just a
passion project and I wanted toput a few episodes out there
about how to read an incomestatement, a balance sheet, a
statement of cash flows just tohelp people.

And when I first launched it, Ididn't tell anybody about it, I
didn't promote it early and Ithink I got like two downloads
my mom and my sister.
I had no clue it would growinto what it is today.
I mean it's crazy.
And here's the thing that meansso much to me.
You showed up week after week,over a million downloads,
messages around the globe,stories of transformation, both

personal and professional.
All this means the world to me.
I can't tell you how much Ilove it when I get a LinkedIn
private message from you.
So so many of you connect withme on LinkedIn.
You DM me and you tell me yourstory, you tell me your
challenges.
You open up in a vulnerable wayand it just like it's so

touching and it's so inspiringand I love those messages.

So it's been humbling,energizing and, honestly, it's
