Liz has dedicated her career as a RD to working with clients who have eating disorders (past/present, diagnosed and undiagnosed), clients who experience disordered eating, clients who want to better their relationship with food and body image, and clients looking to learn how to eat intuitively and heal from diet culture. Liz takes the principles of HAES and intuitive eating into each and every session in order to best serve her clients. Liz has dedicated her almost 3 year career as a dietitian to serving these populations, and will never turn back. After struggling with her own undiagnosed eating disorder for 10 years, Liz takes what she knows both personally and professionally about the topic, and helps clients heal their relationships with food and their body.?
