Tasha Edwards, MS, is a Chicago native with close to 20 years of experience in the health and wellness industry. She is a board certified health coach, personal trainer, nationally certified Pilates teacher, yoga teacher group fitness instructor and a person who just keeps a varied tool kit to get the job done.
Tasha also has a master’s degree in counseling and utilizes her background in sociology and psychology to curate accessible and inclusive movement both mentally and physically.
