In this weeks solo episode I share some lessons learned from Simone Biles and her decision to withdrawal from the Olympics last week. While many criticized her decision as quitting on her team and on her commitment, it only the stigma associated with mental health. Our mental health is just as important as our physical health and the conversations on this topic reinforced how important self care is and I share some other takeaways in regards to fitness classes, comparison and pushing ourselves too hard.
