Now I know Valentine's Day isright around the corner and
while everyone's focused on loveand relationships, I want to

shift the conversation to themost important relationship that
you'll ever have, the one withyourself.
And it took me years tounderstand this and to transform
, and once I did, once I madethis shift.
It was a paradigm shift in mylife which helped me to get to
where I am now in a much fasterway.

So let me ask you this whatinvisible walls are you holding
back from feeling your best?
What boundaries have youaccepted as just the way things
are?
What if I told you that youcould reprogram your mind and
your body for peak health andhigh performance?
Well, today, that's exactlywhat we're going to do.

So let's get into why you maybe stuck in a cycle of low
energy and performance.
Most people think the secret tohigh performance is working
harder, pushing more, grindingthrough it, but that's actually
the fastest way to burn out, andI know this because I lived it.
And I always say and it took mea long time to learn this too,

because I used to wear that thatI'm a hard worker as a badge of
honor.
And now I say if you're workinghard, you are doing it wrong.
So a few years ago I hit a wall, really, really hard hit, and I
thought I was doing all theright things, I thought I was
eating healthy, I thought I wasgetting the right kind of

exercise and movement, I wastrying to get enough sleep, but
my energy was shot, my mind wasfoggy, I was miserable and my
body felt like it was workingagainst me with everything that
I did.
But what I didn't realize, Iwas stuck in survival mode,
trapped by subconscious limitingbeliefs that I didn't even know
(05:37):
existed.
And the truth is most people arein the same boat.
They think I just don't havetime to take care of myself.
This is just how my body works.
This is part of getting olderor aging.
You know, I've tried everything.
I don't know how many timesI've heard that.
You know I've tried everything.

done everything.
You know nothing will change.

But these are just stories,stories that people are telling
themselves and, like any story,they can be rewritten.
So today we're going to breakthese boundaries and talk about
the three key pillars thatunlock high performance, vibrant
energy and optimal health.
So, if you're ready, let's divein Pillar number one mastering
(06:19):
your mind and rewiring forsuccess.
Now, technically, we're notrewiring, but we're creating new
neural networks.
There's actually not copperwires in the brain, but we can
actually rebuild those neuralnetworks and rewire, so to speak
, for success.
So let's start with yourbiggest limiter, which is your
(06:42):
subconscious mind.
Did you know that 80% of yourdaily thoughts are actually the
same as yesterday's?
That's right.
So that means that if you'restruggling with energy and
motivation or health, thatthere's a good chance that
you're running an outdatedprogram that's keeping you stuck
.
But here's the good news youcan actually rewrite that

program.
So using tools like hypnosis,clinical hypnosis.
I'm not talking about stagehypnosis for entertainment.
I'm talking about clinicalhypnosis that's been uh
recognized from, uh, traditionalwell, not traditional, but
conventional medicine, uh, sincethe 1950s, other things like

nlp, which is neuro linguisticprogramming and subconscious
rewiring, you can actually.
You can literally delete themental blocks holding you back
and replace them with powerful,high performance beliefs.
So, instead of thinking toyourself or saying to yourself I
don't have time for my health,you can change that and

implement a new belief that myhealth is my foundation for
success.
So let's do another one.
I'll never have the energy thatI used to.
That is a misconception.
Your new belief could be Icreate limitless energy through
my daily habits, and that'sexactly what I did for myself.
I created daily habits thatcreated limitless energy, but

before that happened, I had tohold the belief that I could
create, that I do create, notcould, because could means you
haven't yet, you're coming froma place of lack, but that I am
creating limitless energythrough my daily habits.
So your mind your mind is yourmost powerful asset.
When you program it for highperformance, everything else
(08:28):
just falls into place.
All right, let's get into pillarnumber two optimizing your body
.
I want to say you need to stopguessing at your health or
falling into the marketing trapthat, oh you know, take this
mushroom supplement.
Now you know there's nothingwrong with mushroom supplements,
but there's so much to do foryour body before you know taking
(08:51):
mushroom supplements.
I'm not talking about, I'm nottalking about psilocybin magic
mushrooms.
You know there's a a medicinalvalue to that too, but I'm
talking about medicinalmushrooms, like you know, chaga
and lion's mane and things likethat.
You know, before somebody goesdown that route, there's a lot
of things they need to be doing,and the way to do that is to

run some functional lab tests tobe able to see exactly what
your body is deficient in.
What kind of toxicities arethere?
So let's talk about health.
Most people think they need moremotivation, more discipline or
more willpower, which is afinite resource, to get their
energy back.
But the real reason that youfeel drained, exhausted or

sluggish are the hiddenimbalances in your body.
You know.
Ask yourself are your hormonesworking for you or against you?
Are nutrient deficienciessilently draining your energy?
Are toxins clogging up yoursystem and slowing you down?
I know they are for me.
Every 90 days I go through afunctional detox and I remove
those toxins that I just can'tavoid them.

So I need to take action, takethose steps to be able to remove
those toxicities.
This is why functional labtesting is an absolute game
changer.
Did I say gain Game changer?
Instead of guessing, we runat-home functional tests.
That's right.

Now let's talk about how tobreak that stress cycle Because,
let's be real, most people arerunning on caffeine, cortisol
and adrenaline all day long andwhile that might get you through
your to-do list, it's alsowrecking your hormones, it's

messing with your sleep and it'skeeping your body in survival
mode, which is calledsympathetic depression, nervous
system dominance.
So the key to unlocking trueenergy and high performance, you
might be wondering, it'smastering your nervous system.
So you know, we first talkedabout mastering your mind, now
we're mastering your nervoussystem.

And I'll tell you if there'stwo ways that I can help 95,
maybe even 99% of the populationout there.
It's getting control of thatcentral nervous system,
rebalancing that nervous system,which is completely possible to
do, and then healing andsealing the gut.
That's what most people outthere need.
So some of my favorite tools toshift from stress mode to high

performance mode breathwork andqigong, tai chi as well.
So qigong and tai chi were mylead domino, as you may or may
not know, into the wellnessindustry over a decade ago.
That can instantly calm thenervous system.
Another one of my favorites isoptimizing sleep and circadian
rhythm so you can recover like apro.

And then, of course, doingdaily detox, weekly detox,
quarterly detox and dailynutrient support is definitely
important.
That means removing what'sdraining you and fueling what
elevates you.
So when you balance your bodyand balance your mind, you go
from pushing through life toflowing through life.

Basically, you're turning frompaddling upstream to just
floating downstream, and that iswhere high performance lives.
