Here's the truth almost nobodytells you.
When it comes to transformation, it's not about doing more,
it's about being more and to bemore.

(01:27):
We often have to let go.
What do we need to let go of?
We need to let go of oldpatterns.
We need to shed societalconditioning and we need to
release who we thought we neededto be, such as being enough or
being worthy.
This kind of deeptransformation it doesn't happen

(01:49):
by grinding your way to the topor taking massive action.
It happens in the stillness, ithappens in the surrender, in
the spaces where we no longerare performing or doing.
And there's one place thatnaturally happens every single

(02:12):
day and that is in the sleepstate.
When we look at the major areasthat people seek transformation,
they tend to fall into fourcore categories health, wealth,
love, meaning relationships thatcan be relationship with
yourself, which is the mostimportant, and relationship with

(02:34):
others.
And the last one isspirituality.
Those are the four categoriesthat the majority of people fall
into when it comes to thetransformation that they're
seeking, and most people areseeking all of those things.
It just may be which one is atthe top of the list and which
ones are in the middle and atthe bottom of the list, but
here's what most people don'trealize is that the key to any

of these starts in the one thingwe all do every single day, and
that is sleep.
And here's the reason, becausetrue change doesn't start when
we force something.
And that's what most people aretrying to do when they are
doing something is they aretrying to force something to
happen.
And it starts when we get intoa state where resistance drops

(03:26):
In your most receptive,unresisting state.
It's not during a goal-settingsession, it's not even during
your morning routine.
It's when you sleep.
It's the difference betweenpaddling upstream or drifting
downstream paddling upstream ordrifting downstream.

(03:48):
So sleep is not just rest.
Sleep is where the subconsciousrises, it's where the conscious
mind steps aside, theanalytical mind steps aside, and
it's where you this is a greatopportunity.
It's where you, as a spiritualbeing, can receive insight.
You can integrate wisdom,wisdom and begin being
differently, not just doingdifferently.

(04:09):
So let's break this down.
Have you ever gone to bed angryor tense, replaying that
argument or ruminating on thatworry, or continuing in that
stress loop in your mind, andthen you wake up feeling like
you never really rested?

(04:30):
You wake up in that same state.
This is not just in your head.
You carry that tension of theday into your sleep and you woke
up with that very samefrequency and vibration.
This is energy here that we'retalking about.
Sleep doesn't wash it away bydefault.

(04:51):
But what if, instead of goingto bed with that tension, you
went to bed with intention, witha gentle release, with
forgiveness, with a gentlerelease, with forgiveness, with
gratitude and appreciation, andwith trust that your higher self
would do the work while yourested?

(05:13):
This is where true restorationand transformation begins, and
the more relaxed that you are,the more intentional you are
when you go to sleep.
The more relaxed that you are,the more intentional you are

(05:48):
when you go to sleep.
If your top category is health,this is when the healing
process is going to rapidlyaccelerate when you are sleeping
.
Going to prohibit, it's goingto inhibit the ability for your
body and for your mind to healproperly, to restore properly,
to regenerate DNA, to be able todetoxify.
All these things happen atnight.
So if you want that truerestoration, if you want that
true transformation, we need tolet go of resistance and connect
to our true self, our higherself, the larger part of us.

(06:11):
Right, there are two parts ofus.
There are the the physical partof us, and then there is the
non-physical part of us, andthat non-physical part of us is
what we came from.
We came from non-physical.
We're here in the physical.
We're going to go back to thenon-physical, but that both
parts of us still exist.
And being able to let go ofthat resistance allows you to

(06:33):
connect to that higher part ofyourself.
So during sleep we are in anon-resistant state, a perfect
environment for transformation.
Now, that is, if we let go ofthat resistance before we go to
sleep.
And when we talk aboutspirituality not religion, but
spirituality about connection tosource or, if you want to call

(06:54):
it, god to our truest self, wehave to understand you are
always connected, thatconnection is always available
for you.
But during the day, yourconscious mind, your analytical
mind, your ego, your to-do list,your protective programming can
drown out the whisper of yoursoul.

(07:16):
But at night you return home,you get to communicate with that
higher part of you, the onethat doesn't need fixing, the
one that already knows.
And that's why, inside ourpractice at Love Energy Wellness
, we've been focusing on sleepoptimization, not just for
energy, but for spiritual andconscious alignment.

That's the needs of our clientsat this time.
That's what a lot of clientsare saying, that they feel as
though they need that, and we'rehere to help them in any way we
can.
And the best way we can do thatis through sleep optimization.
Now here's the fun part.
Sleep isn't just what happens atnight.
Even a nap, yes, a nap,especially a short one during

the day, not too late.
So I would say, you know, notafter three or 4 pm, because
that can disrupt your nighttimesleep.
But a sleep, a short nap duringthe day can act as a spiritual
reset, a health reset.
In the neuroscience world wecall it NSDR non-sleep deep rest
and these intentional restperiods calm the sympathetic

nervous system.
They reset stress levels, soyour cortisol levels, and create
a quiet window where insightscan come through.
So you can practice NSDRthrough simple breath work,
through yoga, nidra, or simplylying down eyes closed, with no

(08:48):
agenda, for 10 minutes, 20minutes if you can, would be
wonderful.
It's like actually pressing thereset button on your brain and
your soul.
And if you're someone who says,but Jeff, I can't nap during
the day, well, there's good newsyou don't have to fully fall
asleep to get the benefits.
And this is where NSDR ornon-sleep deep rest come into

(09:10):
play.
So NSDR, it's a state whereyour body fully relaxes while
your mind remains lightly aware,and it's been shown to help
lower cortisol, to reset yournervous system, to enhance
memory.
And this is the one you're goingto love right here to boost

creativity.
So you've probably experiencedit before without actually
realizing it, like that dreamystate where time kind of blurs
and your thoughts get a littlebit floaty.
And guess who swore by it?
Thomas Edison.
Yes, the light bulb guy.
He used micro naps and thehypnagogic state to spark some

of his best ideas.
And here's how he would do ithe would drift off holding metal
balls in his hand so that whenhe slipped into the deep focused
state that he would relax andthe balls would clatter to the
ground and then wake him up sohe could catch the idea floating
in his subconscious.
You know, thomas Edison was anabsolute genius, but this is

just the icing on the cake here.
This is just the icing on thecake here what Edison tapped
into.
Naturally, we now understandthrough neuroscience, nsdr.
It's a bridge to yoursubconscious mind, your creative
, intuitive self.
And here's the kicker.
You can train yourself toaccess the state with short

guided rest practices or thebreath work that we talked about
, or our neurotrust method ofhypnosis.
Even just 10 to 20 minutes inthe afternoon can reset your
energy, increase clarity andshift your emotional state.
Now, if you want to take this toa deeper level, you can try

deeper hypnosis before bed.
You know, hypnosis isn't magic.
It's just a way to guide yourbrain into the theta brainwave
state where you're calm, you'reopen and receptive.
Now this is the state ofsuggestibility for the mind.
So when you are falling asleepyou're actually going from a

higher brainwave state to alower brainwave state.
So you're going from like alphaand beta and then you're going
through that theta brainwavestate into the delta brainwave
state.
When you're actually in a deepstate of rest, we can plant
those seeds of suggestibilityfor creativity, for spirituality

, for receptiveness to thedownloads and the energy and the
information that you're lookingfor from the universe, from
your higher self.
And this is perfect forreleasing old habits, for
anchoring intentions and gentlyrewiring your subconscious.
And gently rewiring yoursubconscious, you're actually

(12:05):
creating new neural networks inthis theta brainwave state when
you're listening to a guidedhypnosis or a meditation or
anything of the like.
And what this is going to do?
It's going to support yourgrowth while you sleep.
In fact, many of our clientsuse custom hypnosis audios as

So I want to give you I want tokeep this simple I want to give
you a three-step plan to turnsleep into a transformation
portal.
Number one set an intentionbefore bed.
So try this.
Say to yourself or you canthink this out loud, you can
write it down, you can feel it.
That's the biggest thing.
Is you want to do this withfeeling Tonight, I choose to

release what no longer servesand release what I am ready to
embody.
I'll say that again Tonight Ichoose to release what no longer
serves and receive what I amready to embody.
Number two try NSDR, non-sleepdeep rest or light hypnosis.

You can use guided meditation.
There's plenty on YouTube.
Look up Yoga Nidra,no-transcript, and that's going

(13:42):
to do so much for you.
It's going to reset yourcentral nervous system, it's
going to adjust your heart ratevariability, and to do that
right before bed is you're doingNSDR in that short breathwork
session.
And then, number three don't goto bed tense.
If something is stuck, journalit to get it out, move your body
to get it out or do breathworkto get it out.

Don't carry the weight of theday into the sacred space of
your night.
