Hey there, everyone! Jess here, and I'm thrilled to welcome you back to another exciting episode of Breaking Up With Chaos.

First off, let's take a moment to reflect on 2023 so far. We're nearing the end of July, and it's the perfect time to check in with ourselves. How's your year been so far? Have you made progress toward your goals, or have you hit a few roadblocks? Remember, it's okay either way. We all set those grandiose New Year's resolutions, only to stumble a few months later. Been there, done that, right?

Life gets busy, and as busy women, we all know how challenging it can be to stay on track with our goals, especially when those unexpected challenges pop up. But don't worry; I've got your back! Finding balance can feel like an elusive unicorn. But instead of chasing that mythical creature, we're going to determine what balance looks like at this moment in time, based on our current life circumstances and what we're seeking to achieve.

Spoiler alert: you don't have to do it all, and that's okay! But here's the secret sauce— Using a framework to help you re-prioritize your goals, no matter what is going on in your life. You'll learn about the 4 areas of health and how to look at them as a whole in order to determine how to prioritize and focus on the areas of your life that truly matter to you. I'll talk about setting realistic goals and taking those small steps that lead to big wins!

Are You A Charlotte?

Are You A Charlotte?

In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. As we watched Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte navigate relationships in NYC, the show helped push once unacceptable conversation topics out of the shadows and altered the narrative around women and sex. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today. "Are you a Charlotte?" is much more than just rewatching this beloved show, it brings the past and the present together as we talk with heart, humor and of course some optimism.
