Bhavi Patel is a seasoned coffee professional from India with a deep passion for sensory science, neurogastronomy, extraction kinetics, proteomics, regenerative agriculture, and the circular economy. Since 2018, Bhavi has made significant strides in the specialty coffee industry, becoming a recognized voice through her contributions to esteemed international publications such as Perfect Daily Grind, Barista Magazine, Coffee Intelligence, Coffee Tea&I Magazine, and Fresh Cup Magazine. She is also a founding member of the Happy Coffee Network and serves as the India AeroPress ambassador.
With a B.Tech degree in Dairy Technology, Bhavi brings a unique blend of scientific expertise and creative insight to her work in content strategy and brand building. Her dedication to advancing the coffee industry and promoting sustainable practices makes her a leader in her field.
