In this episode Frank Lemicella talks about how power slap came to be and how it became the major sport it is today. Sheena gives insight as to how she was scouted to join the league, what it's like to prepare for a match and how she was born for this type of sport. When asked if she prefers to eat the slap or dish it out her response may shock some of you. As Sheena is from a different breed of competitor, she is not someone you want to make angry and she definitely brings the juice!!!
