Cracking open the diversified broker conversation with some eggstra insights over the Easter long weekend.
Broking is ‘the best job in the world’ for this broker, who is laser focused on maintaining long-term relationships with his clients.
Jason Smyth, Founder and Owner of Smyth Financial, sits down with Tom Caesar, Group Executive, LMG Asset Finance, to reflect on his almost 30 years of experience in asset finance and his “stupid” decision to jump into broking in the midst of the Global Financial Crisis (GFC) back in 2008.
Now, with a team of eight people on deck and further growth on the horizon, Jason acknowledges the need for consistent lead generation and the development of super strong long-term client relationships to counter the cyclical nature of the asset finance space.
So, how has the asset finance specialist stayed the course on strategic growth?
