In this very special International Women’s Day (IWD) episode of Broker Bulletin, Evelyn Clark, the director of EverLend, sits down with LMG’s National Director of Growth and Leading Ladies Community President Suzi Trajanovski to explain how brokers and business owners can drive real change both within the broker industry, and beyond. 

After hosting her hugely successful IWD Charity Luncheon last week - raising over $28,000 for international charities - Evelyn shares how the event first came to life, what it’s like juggling business and event planning, and why she’s optimistic about the future of women in broking.

And no matter how people choose to make an impact, Evelyn offered up three pieces of advice to any brokers out there looking to create change:

1. Follow your passion
2. Start small - imperfect action is better than no action
3. Ask for support - you don’t have to go it alone
