This is a long one because I was able to convince my beautiful cousin Amanda to come join me for a conversation!
We talk about how her feelings towards me had changed throughout the years and we were able to shift from her avoiding me to us going on cousin dates together. We share funny stories from our going out days (oh, how I miss them and am still down for a night out with my cousin). We give our thoughts on marriage, hot takes and in-laws. We talk fashion, well she does because she actually knows what she’s doing, while i’m just over here winging it.
She then had the opportunity to ask me something.
We also have a few tangents in there along the way, some are about family, some are about body portions, others are about gossip and inner monologues.

I was so happy to find this song while I was editing and it is definitely a song that my cousin and I can relate to. But even if we couldn’t, I might have still picked the song because I “smile so much” whenever I talk to her.
