Coming to the decision to take a break from the podcast was not an easy one, but I think it’s the correct decision that I needed to make. Starting this podcast, I set out to help people through their own traumas by sharing my own & sharing journey on working through those traumas so they no longer have any influence on my life. Or as little influence as possible. And I still hope that the episodes that I have posted are still able to help anyone who comes across this podcast.
As a woman & going through my own body acceptance, I have started noticing when other women talk negatively about themselves in any manner & I have found that I don’t like it. I have also noticed over the years just how nasty women can be to one another. I don’t like that either.
Over the years my husband & I have had numerous conversations pertaining to women and men, where both of us have tried to show the other what our experiences have been so we can have a better understanding of what the other has gone through. I am sure it is a conversation that we will continue to have since it it’s important to keep that dialogue open.

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist
It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
