One horse alone can pull 8000 pounds.
Two horses pulling together can pull 24000 pounds.
If two horses are trained together as a team they can pull up to 32000 pounds.
Collaboration is the key to pulling more together.
In this episode of ABC Lunchbreak Andrew, Ben, Brandon, and Christine talk about how you can grow your business with the magic of collaborative connections.
One of the tricky topics we'll dove into was how do you know how much each person needs to be pulling when it comes to a collaborative project?
In college there tended to be four types of group members: those that were gunning for an A+ and carried the team, those that showed up and played a bit part, those that showed up to the first few meetings and didn't really add much, and that one guy that was assigned to your group and only showed up at the end to sign his name.
In work and business it can be similar. Trust, equity, and conflict are critical to drawing out each team members best work when it comes to a group effort. Each team members best effort doesn't always mean equal effort, which is where things start to get sticky!
Tune in to this episode to hear more about this topic and many more!
