Marcus Gram wanted to become a real estate investor but he didn't have enough money to get get started. Based on the advise from his uncle he decided to get into real estate and partnered with a friend. Marcus needed to raise extra cash for the real estate business so started a vending machine business and the rest is history. today, his vending machine business pulls in $340,000 a year from 25 locations and he's poised to retire and become financially independent before he's 40.
