organisation. And with a tooland framework like this. It
allows people to get thecraziness out of their heads
onto paper clarify what we'retrying to go through, understand
the decision and be able to makethe decision. Like everything I
do at simplifyingentrepreneurship. It's all

ahead and take actionable stepsto have a better future for your
life as the business owner. Somany of the business owners I
work with are stuck at some sortof glass ceiling essentially.
And usually it involves makingbigger decisions, they feel
paralysed around those or theyfeel sort of stuck in a position
and they don't know how topursue and get through. Well,

process is, you know, theprocess of growth and
improvement is always ongoing.

embracing the five F frameworkand watch your decisions

gets fun and exciting. So foreach of the next five weeks,
we're going to dig into one ofthese five apps. And I'll say
them again, because I think it'ssuper important here along the

way. But we start with thefuture. What does the future
look like for this decision?
Understanding the facts, atleast as we know them now, the
figures as we know them now,what are the stats in the
dollars and all of the differentthings that we can pull
together? Understand thefeelings of everybody involved
in this decision? Because, well,like our five p framework that
we've gone through earlier inthis podcast, you know, the

people such a big piece of thepuzzle, so we have to actually
take into consideration all thefeelings of the people involved
in this decision. And last butnot least, the feedback and get
all of the feedback from all ofthe sources that we can in order
to make the best decisionpossible.
