50 episodes, countless coffee cups, and more interruptions than I can count - but somehow, Caffeinated Chaos is still standing. Today, we’re celebrating the magic that happens when you show up messy, imperfect, and real.

From recording in closets to getting real about mom guilt, this 50th episode is a warm hug and a high-five for every listener who’s been riding this chaotic wave with me. I’m sharing behind-the-scenes moments, the biggest lessons I’ve learned, and why you don’t need a quiet house or a perfect plan to chase your dreams. (00:00):
Welcome to Caffeinated Chaos, where business deals happen

(00:02):
between diaper changes andfriendships are fueled by
caffeine.
I'm Whitney GaN, your host, andI'm here to talk all things
business parenthood, and ofcourse keeping up with the BFFs,
whether you're juggling theboardroom, the playroom, or just
here for some coffee fuel chaos.
We've got you covered.
Get ready for real talk, laughsand a whole lot of heart as we

(00:23):
dive into the beautiful messthat is entrepreneurship,
parenthood, and everything inbetween.
So let's embrace the chaostogether.
Caffeinated, of course.
Today we have a big one, likeextra shot, double, triple
espresso level big because thiseveryone is our 50th episode.

(00:49):
Can you believe that?
50.
Okay, let's just take a second.
Ooh.
Can't believe we got there.
So when I hit record for thevery first time on this podcast,
I did not know exactly where itwas going to go.
I had this idea and I wanted tocreate a space for motherhood

(01:11):
business and, you know, themessy bun life, where they could
all coexist.
Where we can be honest about allthe chaotic stuff in life.
So in true caffeinated chaosfashion, I wanted to start
today's episode with a littlehonesty.
All right, so podcasting whileparenting.

(01:34):
Gosh, I am so glad that I havean extra person in our
household.
Who helps with the kids.
And so it is a challengesometimes I've now in a good
place where I only have topodcast on Wednesdays and they
take the kids out or like rightnow everyone is still sleeping.

(01:58):
So finding time to podcast is sohard.
So that's why I'm like soimpressed with myself that we
got to 50 episodes.
This show has been interruptedby so many things, children
coming in house or my husband, someone going to the bathroom

(02:22):
and flushing with the door open.
So it's shows up in the audio.
Yeah, a lot.
And it does take quite a whileto edit.
I wouldn't change it though Allright, so this episode's really
gonna be kind of like a recap.
Let's start with somethingthat's funny though, because
honestly if we can't laugh, thenwe'll probably be crying in the

(02:47):
shower while the toddler scrapesthe door, like some scene from a
horror movie.
There have been so many timeswhere maybe there was this one
time I recorded what I thoughtwas the best episode ever.
Just to realize that my Yeti micwas off and so it recorded

(03:12):
through the microphone in thecomputer and that recording was
so bad.
Y'all like, I did not salvageit.
I thought the first one wasreally, really good.
So then it made the second oneseem not so great when I
rerecorded it.
I can't even mention how manytimes I had to stop recording on

(03:36):
Thursdays, because I wouldexpect the gardeners to be here
at a certain time and they wouldconstantly change your schedule.
And so I would have leaf blowersin the background of my audio.
But it is wild to think abouthow much life has changed over
these 50 episodes.

(03:57):
It's been months.
My baby is about to turn one.
My toddler's about to turn.
Four.
Businesses are growing and.
You know, we've been here forit.
The dms, the shares, thereviews, the goods, and the
bads.
The, oh my God, say, me too.
This hit home.
I feel seen.

(04:18):
I love those comments.
So let's talk about some lessonsthat I've learned over the 50
episodes.
Okay.
So we're gonna do five'causethere are many, but let's just
do five number one.
This is probably my mostfavorite one, and I think that
it can be so relatable to a lotof you over different aspects,

(04:40):
but one done is better thanperfect.
Okay.
Because waiting for the perfectmoment.
You've heard me talk about thisbefore.
You'll just never start.
Hit record like I did launch theoffer.
You know, post that imperfectreel done is better than
perfect, and I love this one.

(05:01):
Two, your voice matters.
This is so important right now.
Your voice matters.
Even if it gets interrupted, itmatters whether there's a kid
yelling in the background orlike me in lawnmowers.
Speak up anyway.
And again, we all know what'shappening right now and speaking

(05:23):
up and having your voice heardis so important.
Three, consistency builds trust.
And this is important too foryour business or anything really
it.
Showing up even if imperfect, like we were talking about, done
is better than perfect.
It counts because it's reallyjust building that trust with

(05:47):
your audience and honestly withyourself.
Like the more you do it, themore you build the confidence in
you.
It's going to show yourself too, that you can do this I've seen
people talk about podcasts willquit before they get to the 10th
episode, and so.
I made sure that when I waslike, okay, I'm launching with

(06:07):
five episodes.
I'm already halfway there.
I can do this, and then Ilearned how to batch record.
I had people wanting to come onas guests, even though this was
a brand new experience and abrand new podcast.
So honestly, it built up myconfidence and trust in myself
that this is worth it and peoplewant to hear it.

(06:28):
So it builds trust between youand your audience, but also the
other way around.
Four.
You don't need a studio.
You just need a story.
Honestly, I film this in a smalllittle corner in my living room
where I have my little office, and on the other side are piles

(06:50):
and piles of toys.
It's chaos.
You would understand why we callourself caffeinated chaos.
People have recorded in closets,cars.
With headphones just on youriPhone, you don't need all the
fancy equipment.
I was lucky enough thatliterally my husband and my
housemate bought me this for mybirthday way before I even

(07:12):
started podcasting because weare gamers too, and you don't
need all the fancy stuff.
You just need you and a story.
And you know what?
You'll find your space.
And five, there is so much powerin being your whole messy self.
People don't tend to connectwith Polish.

(07:35):
They look up to it maybe, orthey fantasize about how much
they want to be like that.
I feel like that's more of whatit is, but they connect with
people who are just as messy asthey are, just.
As in the middle of the chaos asthey are.
I like to call that like thelittle messy magic area.

(07:58):
I mean, who doesn't love a messybun?
Right?
So I just wanna say a big thankyou to everyone who's listened.
Whether this is the first timeyou are listening, welcome.
Hi.
There are 49 other episodes tobinge listened to or if you've
followed me on every singleepisode.
I am so grateful.
I love you.
You've been a big part of makingCaffe Chaos successful and.

(08:24):
I hope to make even moreepisodes coming out.
We still have plenty of guestswho've already recorded with me,
so there's a lot more to learnfrom them.
You've made this, honestly feelless like a hot mess and more of
more like a human, like thatconnection and.

(08:48):
I don't take that lightly.
I see you as giving me your timein the day and I appreciate it
and I will not take it lightly.
I will continue, hopefullyinspiring and being here.
And even if it's just like Icome to hear the crazy, well,

(09:08):
the chaos is always happening, there will always be the crazy
stories.
Okay, so I'm already thinkingahead.
I have so many more things Iwant to talk about.
New segments, fun guest, andmaybe something a little more.
Mm, visual.
I'm thinking YouTube channels.

(09:30):
Okay.
I will get there when I getthere, you know?
But for now, I just wanted toraise a virtual mug of coffee,
whether it's hot, cold, tea, anything, hot cocoa to every
mom, every dad, every businessowner, dreamer, who's trying to
do all the things and not loseyourself in the process.

(09:55):
I see you, you are seeing, thisis your community.

inspiration, and maybe even anextra shot of motivation.

(10:38):
little chaos at caffeine intheir life.
