Welcome to the “Bridge of Light Guided Visualization” intended to provide you with the basic steps you'll need to better connect to the astral plane. Benefits of exploring the astral world include co-creating reality, to manifest, to join in a positive collective consciousness and to create a better physical world. The most important thing to remember is that the astral world is a place where “like attracts like” and it operates with the energy of emotions and change. The more positively focused your emotions, the greater your personal light. So, you can recognize others' intentions by their light in the astral world as well.
Follow along with this guided visualization as we first tune into the beating of our own heart, repeat guided divine light affirmations, increase our vibration and identify emotions of love, joy, compassion, gratitude etc. that we are experiencing. We bring in Archangel Michael to help us create a globe of strength and protection. Together we create a bridge to the land of possibilities, the astral world! Your personal bridge will become stronger and more beautiful with time. The brighter the light, the more positive and powerful the group consciousness becomes.
So, call the astral world into your awareness. Call it in. “Call IT in with Dar!”

Are You A Charlotte?
In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. As we watched Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte navigate relationships in NYC, the show helped push once unacceptable conversation topics out of the shadows and altered the narrative around women and sex. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today. "Are you a Charlotte?" is much more than just rewatching this beloved show, it brings the past and the present together as we talk with heart, humor and of course some optimism.
