The astral world is beyond the physical world with no specific boundaries, no time and space coordinates, no solids, no liquids, no gas, no molecules or atomic particles, but rather a collective energy and mass consciousness that is frequently changing. The term astral is taken from the Greek word meaning “related to a star”. It has been explored as a place of ancient people, spirits, and angelic beings and masters. In the New Age references, it has become defined as a place of manifesting and co-creating dreams into reality. When setting out to visit the astral plane, the ordinary Earth plane senses of seeing, touching, hearing, smelling and tasting will have no use in the astral world and therefore becomes rather confusing. To my knowledge, a clear sense of clairvoyance is necessary to experience this world. And that sense can be developed!

However, there are two different approaches. The first approach is to actually stay in your physical body, while using psychic vision to sense the astral plane...somewhat like deep meditation with your intuitive third eye. The second perhaps you've heard of, and it's called astral travel, where the individual leaves his physical body to travel to the astral world, or have a dreamlike state. This is how I first explored the astral level. It was during sleep, and when I returned to the physical plane, it would take me a few minutes to adjust to being back in my body. Most noticeable was the delay in being able to move my arms or hands almost like I was pinned down. If that has ever happened to you, perhaps you've been astral traveling. And if that's so you might want to set a specific intention for your next outing, or your next out of body experience before you fall asleep.

Be assured that you are always connected to the physical body by a thin filament or a cobweb light cord.  The intention of the episode is to inspire you to learn even more about the astral world that has no boundaries, no time. No space coordinates, no solids, no liquids, no gases, no molecules, but rather energy, light and collective consciousness. Where like attracts like, where co-creation occurs, where change and transformation is a constant. So, call it into your awareness. “Call IT in with Dar!”

Are You A Charlotte?

Are You A Charlotte?

In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. As we watched Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte navigate relationships in NYC, the show helped push once unacceptable conversation topics out of the shadows and altered the narrative around women and sex. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today. "Are you a Charlotte?" is much more than just rewatching this beloved show, it brings the past and the present together as we talk with heart, humor and of course some optimism.
